I came in looking for a pair of boots, hoping to support our local main street shops. The boots that I purchased for $178 began to peel within a couple hours of wearing them, and underneath the thin layer of leather was blue chrome tanned leather. These boots will be destroyed after a week of normal wear. I went back to Wayn'es the morning after purchasingthem, and the owner wouldn't allow a refund because there was some scuffing on the underside of the leather soles (which I suppose is understandable). I'm not trying to knock the owners, and they may be great at repairing boots. However, if you are looking to buy new quality leather boots, I would go to an actual western wear company like Tener's Sherman. I believe all of the boots that Wayne's stocks are no name boots made somewhere in Mexico. After this whole mess, I went on amazon and found the exact same boots listed for $109 :/. Having a baby coming soon, I tried to spend a little less than buying my usual Anderson Beans, and now I have a pair of cheap costume boots in the...
Read moreLet me tell you all I have dealt with master craftsmen in New Mexico, Colorado, it is getting impossible to find a multi-talented leather worker , stitching individual as most of them are dying off , or cannot compete with mass production. I have seen boots, shoes, saddles, chaps, jackets in his shop , knowing as fellow who worked in a tannery , that not only does he use high quality leather, but truly knows his trade. I went in to have back rockers and patch placed on a very nice jacket. Today this fine gentleman took the time to show me something about that jacket, commenting it was good leather and craftsmanship, I was impressed. Not only does he charge a very fair price, but is quick and efficient ,! I highly recommend you go see this master of his craft, for ALL your leather needs. To my fellow bikers, go see him , he did a BEAUTIFUL job on...

Yes they were ready, cant tell me they werent ready late yesterday but what ever, my son picked them up and was charged 53 dollars for gold zippers. And now he has an expensive 240.00 pair of shoes he can no longer wear for work because his uniform has to be black on black. We were very explicit about the black. Will never use this...
