AWFUL. They don't even staff the library on the weekends eve though campus is fully open since COVID-19. I get different information from each staff member and clearly they are not familiar with campus or the students. Mostly nobody responds to emails and will not help you if it involves any type of work. You would think that with such a high tuition they would stop funding the athletics department and start funding the library, but I guess thats what you get with an education at DU. very pro library. very nice and nice looking inside and out. Wifi speed for me was roughly 10 Mbps up and down at peak hours but I used an ethernet cord from one of the computers and got 500 Mbps.

Only real complaints about this place is: if youre not a student, people will be a little offput by a non-student in a primarily student library. just pretend ur one of them. that, and parking was a real pain. the closest parking lot is...

The #1 BEST library I have ever been to! Quiet, clean, modern, organized, professional and courteous staff, lovely in all ways! They used to be open 24 hours 5 days of the week and that was a God's send, but recently changed that.
