First to start off: to those worrying about the "bad service" from the reviews, it isn't bad service. they are very DIRECT in their service. tell them what you need and they'll say "yes" or "no". no bs. the "server who doesn't smile" doesn't need a smile to do their job well. if you require a smile form your server? go to chili's. Secondly, there is no drink menu, but there's a soda fountain dispenser across from the tables that tell u ure drinks. a little bit of a nuisance but it's not the end of the world. third, and MOST important... if you are vegetarian, please ask them if their BROTH IS PORK BASED. my (an omnivore) broth tasted the same as my partner's (a vegetarian). For the actual review, the food is astounding. I had the Central Beef and Brisket (it says raw but it cooks in the broth guys) and as u can see, the bowl was the size of my hand. The wait? none. Im serious. We waited 2 minutes for our appetizer (the spring rolls) and 5 minutes for our bowls of pho. now it's also good to point out that no one else was there when we came in, but regardless, this was our experience. i have never been in a restaurant with a wait time so fast. when they did start getting a bit more traction in the night, they retained the quickness. im giving this 5 stars because i have been in other restaurants around the same area. for the amount theyre charging u? ure walking out with good food and a full stomach. there ain't a lot of versatility with their food options, but when it comes to fast service, fast food, and being left beyond satisfied? Pho Saigon is definitely your best bet.

I come here a lot. Usually I get the Central veggie pho with tofu. Central being the spicy broth. The broth is very tasty and there are lots of veggies. But recently, they've changed ownership, I hear, and the quality has noticeably dropped, mostly in portion sizes (shrinkflation?). Mostly, this last time I only got 3 small pieces of tofu. Tofu is the protein. Seems a little cheap. I asked the server about it and he said it's because there's veggies in it. But veggies and tofu are a lot cheaper than steak, or even chicken. So I made a little stink ;) and he gave me a few more pieces. Most people wouldn't make a deal out of it though, but I don't mind. Other than that, this is my favorite pho spot. Definitely recommend.

1st time ever we have tried the spicy version of traditional noodle soup, it turned out to be a great choice! The broth is made from beef bones, cooked for hours, made fresh, from scratch, every day, — traditionally how’s done; unlike other pho restaurants using tubes to mix soup. We ordered the Central Pho Combo, it has this very nice lemon grass zing in it, with just a lively mild spice (you can choose spice levels), and FRESH meat & vegetables, generous portions! One of the kind authentic noodles, we haven’t seen it anywhere else in Denver or Colorado.

I recently called to place a pickup order at Saigon Star, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. I called at 8:18 PM, 40 minutes before their scheduled closing time of 9 PM, and the way they handled my order was rather disappointing.

Upon calling, I informed them that I would arrive 20 minutes before closing to pick up my food. However, instead of accommodating the order with a welcoming attitude, they seemed eager to rush me through the process. The staff indicated that their kitchen would be closing soon, making it feel as if they were unwilling to accept my order in the first place. By the way my order was only two bowls of pho.

Adding to my discomfort, they insisted on taking my credit card information over the phone for payment, citing the impending closure as the reason. Despite the time still being well before closing, I felt uneasy sharing sensitive information over the phone, and it seemed like an unnecessary and unprofessional approach.

While I understand that restaurants have closing procedures, it is essential to treat customers with respect and courtesy until the designated closing time. I believe there could have been a more customer-friendly way to handle the situation without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Additionally, they may want to consider other secure payment options to avoid putting customers in...

I walked in around 8:50 expecting to order like normal since there hours on Google say that they are open till 9:30 and the sign was on. Tables where already cleaned up and they said the only I could have was rare steak pho. That was fine because I typically order that but being that it wasn't their closing time it was a bit concerning that they had everything already cleaned up. I got my food and there where 2 other people eat and the waitress and manager just continued to watch us eat and take plates as soon as they finished. Then by 9:15 the other two people had left and the manager turned off the kitchen lights so I felt pressured to leave even though I hadn't finished my food. It was good food and I will go back for that but don't go expecting them to be open to...
