Did a too good to go order. It describes meat rice dishes available. Drove all the way to university for some potatoes and curry sauce with 3 little pieces of pita bread. On the app it claims you will receive $18 worth of food for $5.99 I wouldnt pay 6$ for potatoes and curry. Not worth going back. UPDATED Serene Cuisine replied saying this isn't the right business, I have included a screenshot with their address and information from Too Good To Go, this is the correct business listed on the app and Google Maps. Highly disappointed I didnt take a photo of the food I received to even further verify my review/opinions. Also I wish the company would take some responsibility to a mediocre review instead of trying to push the blame on the person leaving the review. Also interesting how they claim they dont serve bread. Im not sure what you call a flour based bread like substance on top of the rice if it isnt bread. 2nd UPDATE Too Good To Go refunded us the full amount due to the lack of food and overstated value of the product we received. At least someone took ownership of Serene Cuisine of India on University.

This place NEVER fails to deliver a delicious, fresh Indian dish no matter what you choose. Today I ordered delivery and tried one of the ‘Mumbai Frankie’s’ and chose the ‘Zeera Alu’ (potato) and an order of Vegetable Pakora. Frankie’s are like an Indian version of a burrito is the best way I can describe it. They have two vegetarian Mumbai Frankie options with the other one being ‘Paneer’ (cheese). The one I chose: Potatoes, Indian spices, herbs wrapped in specialty thin naan filled with sauteed bell peppers and onions, fresh tomatoes, drizzled with mint and tamarind chutney served with raita and masala sauce. Just wow! The portion size is HUGE for the cost and they are NOT frugal by any means! Most importantly it was super fresh ingredients and tasty. This is a great choice for lunch or dinner and I highly recommend it. I’ll be ordering it again many times. Thank you for always serving fresh ingredients and never skimping every time I order Serene!

I chose this restaurant because I was looking for a safe option as someone with Celiac disease. The server explained that while not everything on the menu is gluten-free, many options are, as long as you avoid items with bread or anything fried. They also assured me that they use a separate section of the kitchen for gluten-free preparation, which was very reassuring. We ordered the coconut curry chicken, and it was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant has a classy ambiance, and the service was exceptional. The server was friendly and went the extra mile to ensure the ingredients were prepared fresh to avoid cross-contamination. I've only been here once, so I can't speak to the consistency of their gluten-free practices, but my first experience was very positive. I would recommend this restaurant to others looking for safe and delicious gluten-free options.

Delicious Food, Friendly Service, and Amazing Value - A New Favorite! I recently ordered takeout from Serene Cuisine of India, and I was absolutely delighted with the entire experience! From the moment I interacted with the staff, I was met with kindness and a genuinely friendly attitude. The food itself was incredibly delicious and bursting with authentic flavors. Every dish I tried was exceptionally tasty. I was also very impressed with the generous portion sizes – there was plenty to enjoy! Considering the quality and quantity of the food, the meal was an extraordinary value. I will certainly be visiting Serene Cuisine of India again, and this time I look forward to dining in. I'll also be enthusiastically recommending it to all my friends. If you're looking for fantastic Indian cuisine with wonderful service and great value, look no further!

The vegetable biryani included broccoli, cauliflower, onions, carrots, and it was delicious and spiced perfectly. The molai kofta is seasoned expertly, as well, and the kofta balls are moist and soft. The vegetable samosas are crispy and the potato/pea filling was bright and delicious. The dal soup was spiced quite well. Also, the medium spice level is on the hotter side than many other Indian restaurants. The naan is OK: not enough butter or garlic, and they were a little stiff. The server could have been more attentive given that there was only one other table with diners when we went. She was on top of our waters, but we waited too long after we finished to receive to-go boxes and the check. The restaurant is right on Evans, and parking is sparse. Expect to walk a block or two from your car to the restaurant.

Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! A friend recommended this restaurant to us and it did not disappoint. I had the chicken tikka masala with a roti and it was everything I needed and wanted. The service was great as well. I would 💯 recommend to anyone who enjoys Indian food and would love to come back one day.
