My family and I went to the best concert for the first time after two years of confinement due to the pandemic. Ricardo Arjona one of our favorites that makes us dance, shout and sing! the atmosphere became very good. This place has a very good platform to present the artists, very good sound, neither high nor low. was completely filled. No one had a mask and I understand it because it was not required of us. upon entering we were given a bottle of zanitaizer. There was good food and good drinks. bathrooms were clean. They had a good security system. Ricardo Arjona is an artist who greatly enjoys his audience just as his audience enjoys his songs and his music. There were some couples dancing healthily in one of the main halls but a security guard rudely ordered these couples to stop dancing. this led to a fight and caused a riot. We stopped paying attention to Ricardo Arjona to see what was happening with that arrogant security guard. That's why I give it 4 stars. some security guards from that place think they...
Read moreIt's a nice stadium. But the service here is horrible. Parking is horrible. And all the lines. Sometimes you have to go back out the building to get to another part of the building which can be inconvenient at times. No signage to state it either. I've been to multiple events here and there's been times I've had to park blocks away. I've came in to purchase tickets and there will be 2-3 people at a table and only one doing there job.ive stood in line 20 minutes for a water just to be told to go to another line. Food and drinks are over priced. I recently went to a concert and they had to add chairs last minute that they forgot. I had floor seats they didn't mark the chairs or guide very well. Majority of people snuck down to our seats through out the night. There was more arguments all around as to who's seats were who's then even watching the concert. It was a negitive part to the...
Read moreWatched the DU mens basketball game here. Sadly, it seems like the culture keeps fans from really getting into the game. Just seemed like I was watching the game in a library, but maybe it was because the students were on winter break. Not sure how that culture changes but it could be more fun if the school band and cheer/dance team helped pump up the crowd. The team of young players and the coaching staff were pretty engaged and fun to watch. Will go again for sure but will try to go when school is in session.
Ok, here's the second look... The hubby and I got mens basketball tickets as a gift for the holidays and attended the DU v. SDSU game, jan 8th. It was pretty fun. Though the Pios lost the game, those young men were fighting to the end. Game was fun, the crowd was into the game (granted it was mostly the Jackrabbit fans) the band and cheers make a big difference....
