DON'T ORDER USING A FOOD DELIVERY APP! THEY DON'T MAKE THEMSELVES FAMILIAR WITH THE APP'S choices etc.

I ordered from UberEats. I ordered a banana split. It comes in a 16oz water/ DRINK CUP !! Not a paper bowl or something like that, a DRINK CUP!! SERIOUSLY?!?? So thinking that it will be a good way to try a 'new' ice cream is MOOT because of it - Everything ends up all together so there's NO difference!! the split 'comes with' 3 toppings - Note: NOT INCLUDED BUT FOR A COST at various costs of $1.60 - $3.50. UberEats says they'll be separate 2oz cups, so I thought, okay, 2 oz, kinda worth it. (I picked M&Ms, gummy bears, and peanuts.) And I decided to also get a couple extra things - adding hot fudge and a waffle cone.

I received a cup of MESS. The M&Ms & gummy bears were DUMPED ON THE BANANA SPLIT under a pile of fake whipped cream (the only thing still holding it's shape). And the ice cream was an undistinguishable melted MESS - no ability to tell what flavor was what. And certainly not very big scoops, as the ice cream was barely halfway up the side of the cup. There were NO peanuts, and I also didn't get the hot fudge or waffle cone!?! It was a complete WASTE of money. Seriously. I've ordered ice cream - with multiple flavors and toppings -from other places on this app before, but I'll NEVER order from here again. They're not familiar with what the apps say you'll get (otherwise, why was stuff on top), and NOT set up for delivery of anything more than just 'basic' stuff (no bowls?), and they evidently don't pay attention to fulfill full orders (no fudge or waffle cone). We catered Ben & Jerry's for a work event last week and everyone had an amazing time! I would highly recommend catering Ben & Jerry's for a work event. We had nearly 150 people come down and the serving was done quickly and clearly. The prices of each of their catering options was very reasonable. Their default option comes with three flavors of your choice but you can add more flavors for only $25. They have dairy free, gluten free, and vegan options too (which honestly tasted really good! you'd never know they weren't just regular ice cream ingredients). You pay per serving, which is two scoops per person in the standard option that we chose.

Sydney was our main point of contact through email correspondence and was also our scooper at the event. She was always very clear, kind, and patient in explaining the policies and arrived early to set up before the event. Their contract language is flexible while also clear and simple.
