7-Eleven — Local services in Denver

I went to 7-11 to buy a drink and to check my lottery tickets. I CHECKED MY TICKETS WITH THE SCANNER AT THE FRONT DESK , the screen showed $15.00 dlls win with the Colorado lotto plus and when I gave my ticket to the girl at front desk , she took it and check with the store machine and she gave me only $3 dlls and told me that that's what I won, I told her that the scanner showed $15.00 and she said no that was only 3. I took back my winer ticket and I check on the Colorado lottery website and how am going to win only 3 dlls if I have 3 of the numbers on my ticket (12, 19,26 ) ? I will like to know if the manager can answer that. I know am fighting for 12 dlls but why the front desk girl is going to take that...

The lady behind the register tonight( 9-30-2021 9:54 pm) was so busy having a conversation with another employee she was putting wrong stuff in my bag and then got a attitude with me when I corrected her. I'm in there every night and that was by far the worst experience

12/18/21 10:53pm Was inside the store and the guy working locked the door and wouldn't let my gf and a few other strangers into the store. He literally shook his head the first time I asked if he was going to unlock the door.

3/20/22 Employee literally threw a bag at me and my gf trying to make us bag our own stuff. Pretty sure he is clocked in not me. While he is on his phone texting...

Omg, 1st time in months 7-11 let me use their bathroom. The manager was extremely friendly and allowed me to use the restroom to freshen up before my sales appointment across the street. I really appreciate it when the owners and managers trust us sales reps not to destroy the restroom. I wasn't even hungry but I bought some snacks anyways just because I believe in an energetic Exchange. Even though this is a fairly scary area, I highly recommend the 7-Eleven if you...
