Every time I go to this bank there’s always a issue with a teller speaking in an aggressive tone when trying to help you. Today Amber, told me she was unable to help me make payments on my account because of my debit card. As I assure her the gentleman in the cubicle (His name start with A) has been extremely helpful when doing a cash advance for the last year. Amber began yelling on 2 different occasion as I walked away and ignored the shouting on both times and seek help from another lady standing.
