If I could give it less than 1 star I would do it. people who do not know how to work bleach should not do it. This is the worst place I've been to the worst. My daughter had a red color only on the edge all around When I went for the first time she saw her hair she knew it had discoloration I told her myself and my daughter's hair was healthy and was not mistreated at all. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she told me that day she wasn't going to be able to get the color I wanted because she didn't want to damage my daughter hair. She was just going to remove the red and that they were going to make the lights darker and the front and what already had discoloration would be lighter And as she retouched it, they would be lighter and I say ok. When she finished, the red didn't disappear and from the price she given me at the beginning 130, she lowered it to 75. And I said I'm going to give her another chance. And that was the worst stupid thing I did there in my whole life. Because for the retouching she burned it my daughter hair and when I told her she got angry she said she told me and a lot of other stupid things. Mrs. Melanie's doesn't know what she's doing at all. Such a quaint little place. So much nicer then just being in a hair cut place that just pushes you thru with the latest cut. DANIELLE is absolutley amazing!! As much as I would love to keep her as my secret so I can get appointments quickly... I have to tell the world about her. She talks to you like your family no matter your age. She treats my daughter just as good as she treats me. And dealing with my 16 year old daughter's imagination of colors, she ALWAYS makes sure we're happy with cut and color.
