3 stars and that's selection only. The gentleman in there was far from helpful. In fact he tried to do a price switch on my girlfriend at the register. He gave one price when she was helping her but when they got to the register he tried to up the price. She caught on and stopped it fast. This is not proper customer service in any manner and is illegal to bait and switch like that. The guy could barely read English so I had to point several times till he understood what I wanted. The place was clean well stocked and well lit. The customer service was atrocious though and lack of knowledge was atrocious. I'd go back but only if they could improve the customer service. This was at the Derby store. So ive recently went back and deakt with the other gentleman there abd was still not impressed. The other guy has an attitude is extremely standoffish and talks to you like your beneath him. Still a horrible...

This new shop has EVERYTHING. and prices are not to bad at all...I wanted everyone to at least stop by bit yesterday i.called at 830 pm to verify they were open tol 10 so I could swing by on the way to work....at 942 they were dark and locked up so I will not be visiting again...it's sad because it's a.nice place...but hate being lied to. Because I called ahead and asked the time it closed indid not get out so when I was depending on picking up something I needed after I called.and you were closed after a phone call 2 hours earlier that said you would be open it.put me in a very bad place and was infuriated. I won't be back EVER..just...

Beyond Vape & Cigars is one of my favorite spots for the things I'm looking for. They have a great selection of products and accessories, so it is easy to find just what I need. Prices are super reasonable, which makes it easy to keep coming back, and staff is friendly...
