I have been a customer of goodwill for over 10 years know, I special buy from the store in Boiling brook in Rockville, MD. This store along with other were my favorite places to donate and to buy, unfortunately a year after another after the started their Ecommerce website the quality of the products placed on shelfs are worsen day after another. you guys are keeping all the good items that people donate to online which are selling for high prices most poor people can not afford paying and compete with the online auctions and high prices. your stores are crated to support the community not to support your pockets with high salaries. Shame one you. Poor people are unable to afford decent items even though it was a second hand item. this institute is created to support community not a cretin level of people, your managers that you are placing in the stores and your eCommerce reps. are checking stuff 3 or 4 times before they go out in a cart just to satisfy their bosses. your managers are worsen a year after another and Now we have Britney the new amanager in this boiling brook place she is not letting a feather go out with out making sure it is a trash piece and prices are going high like crazy, you are almost pricing like department stores TJ Max and Marshalls. I can even find better items there when there is a sale. I advice everyone to donate to churches and other charity facilities where their prices are very reasonable and of a good to high quality. Until you guys going to change your policy and stop your managers from charging your greed I wont change this feedback and will post it everywhere I could to support our community the real community, not goodwill greedy community. Read moreIt has been brought to our attention that there are multiple complaints against the Goodwill Store in Sheboygan, WI. The District Manager of South East Wisconsin had been notified on more than 11 instances of the mistreatment and maltreatment of the employees and the employees were unable to help shoppers locate items within the Goodwill Store there. We are a team of 'Secret Shoppers' not employed by Goodwill Industries who have noticed multiple errors within the Goodwill Stores that we have been in - in Wisconsin. The most important concern we have noticed is that there are not any disabled individuals employed at most Goodwill stores, and that the workers are poorly dressed and unfamiliar with their store setup and surroundings after asking multiple employees where to locate specific items within their perspective store locations. We also noticed that the Manager and Assistant Managers, including some workers tend to 'huddle' in groups for social conversation.
