I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible new restaurant, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most unique and memorable dining experiences I’ve had. The fusion of Persian and Italian cuisine is something I never knew I needed in my life, but after trying it, I can’t stop thinking about it! The restaurant itself has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a perfect balance of modern and traditional touches that reflect the blend of cultures in their menu.

The highlight of my meal was, without a doubt, the Koobideh. This dish was simply outstanding—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The texture was spot-on, and it paired beautifully with the sides. It was the kind of dish that makes you close your eyes and savor every bite. If you’re looking for something new and exciting to try, Italiamo Kitchen’s Tadig Tacos are it. I’ve had my fair share of Persian food, and I’m not exaggerating when I say these tacos are one of the best things I’ve tasted in a while.

I’ve tried the Kubideh, Filet, and Spicy Chicken, and honestly, everything was on point. Let’s start with the Tadig—crispy, golden perfection on the outside, with fluffy saffron rice and fresh Shirazi salad inside. The texture contrast is unreal. That crunchy Tadig around the edges? Absolute heaven. I’m pretty picky about my Kubideh, and this one was ridiculously tender, packed with flavor without being too greasy.
