I had to wait 30min to even order.... I understand the wait, due to national wrestling tournaments going on this weekend. When I finally get my turn, I order my 1st sandwich. Then the guy who started it, takes off his gloves and walks away.... I had to say excuse me I have more sandwiches to order to get him to come back, and there were 3 ppl in line behind me. From there it takes him another 10 min to get my other 3 sandwiches started and on to veggies. So I make 1 sub a meal and pay.... I get the LARGE DRINK I paid for, and the Cherry Coke tastes like it's half root beer. I let the staff know. Thats when 1 of the females working offers to get me Cherry Coke from the drive thru. She brings me a MEDIUM that's tastes worst than the 1 from the lobby.... At that point I'm so frustrated I asked for my money back (for the large drink only) I'm then told by the female. Sorry I'm busy, and if you don't want your fountain pop you can get a bottle or nothing. I was so angry I just took the bottle of Coke I was offered and left.... Gotta love being told I have to pay almost $3 for a soda that costs $2.11 after tax..... I will be following up with the manager on Monday..... It was truly the worst experience I've EVER had at a Subway. Not once did I see any of the 3 employees wash their hands. The female who told me she's busy, to take the overpriced bottle of the wrong kind of soda or nothing didn't even take off her gloves to handle money let alone wash them. And she was the only 1 in full uniform. The red haired female wasn't wearing her hat and the male wasnt wearing a uniform of any kind. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN. NOR WILL I KNOWINGLY LET...

Read moreInstead of helping me with my order the man behind the glass walked up and said "Hey I will help you in a minute, I want to put this bread away real quick" and I waited until a different employee finally helped several minutes later. At this point I had been waiting for close to 7-10 minutes already for someone to say hello, due to a larger order right ahead of me.
I asked for one of my subs to be a "Chicken Bacon and Ranch" - the guy asked me what that was when it was literally right behind him on the menu. I was also charged incorrectly, being charged for extra added bacon on a chicken sub?
Also, I live nearby and get mail ads with Subway coupons. Thought I'd use one and was told "We don't accept coupons ever" ....ok? Why am I on a mailing list?
I also cannot fathom that my bill was $30 for TWO subs and drinks. What??? I wont be returning to this location as other nearby locations have always had great service and better...
