First of all forgive Siri for the punctuation I’m using my phone. I stopped in to get a treatment a couple months ago and apparently they used a bigger than normal needle and they had a little trouble finding a vein. I noticed that the IV was a little painful. I’ve had many of these in my hometown, and all through the infusion. It hurt. When it was all over I left and went to the mall a little over a half hour later I removed the bandage and slip my arm back in my jacket and walked out of the bathroom after walking about 10 or 20 yards I noticed that there’s blood dripping off of my hand, and the whole sleeve of my coat is soaked with blood so I went back in the bathroom, took my coat off, and blood is squirting out of my arm. I did the best I could to wrap it in paper towels went back to their office. They got the bleeding stopped and told me that I could come in sometime for another free treatment. So I stopped in today. Couple months later they tell me that they’ll do a free bag of saline which doesn’t include any of the ingredients in the infusion, which would cost between 50 and $100 more, so really, they didn’t give me much in return for ruining a day of my life. I ended up having to go back home and change clothes and didn’t get any Christmas shopping done that day. I know people make mistakes but when they promise you they’re gonna fix it, and then give you next to nothing in return that’s not very good business in my opinion, the girl at the counter had a very passive aggressive demeanor with me like it was my fault. I’ll never...
Read moreMy son had a terrible migraine. By the time he called me and I left work and picked him up to drive there (he was so sick he could not drive), we arrived right at 5:30 when they close. They went ahead and took care of my son which I thought was awesome, (everyone wants to go home at the end of their work day of course). Carrie was the person that took care of my son and she was so very kind and extremely efficient. (Anymore you almost don't expect good customer service anywhere.) So much so that when it happens you're surprised. Carrie was wonderful and explained to my son what medications she was administering and how they would help. He couldn't believe how much better he felt. I have been to 2 of their locations multiple times and have always had great experiences. Carrie really went...
Read moreSo dissapointed! Called today 12/23/20 to book an appt for 1230 to get a vitamin D3 shot for myself and my mother who genuinely could have benefited from this. She is scared of shots and I finally got her to agree to it. I called and spoke to Scott who I initially asked for a 1215 appt and he said 1230. We show up at 1230 and the lady behind the counter says their system messed up and scheduled multiple appts for 1230 we would have to wait an additional 20 minutes- which we couldn't because I was on a lunch break. Its just a shot, it could be administered in 5 min as Scott told me on the phone. So dissapointing as I was looking forward to reccomending this to others in my life who could benefit but will not be...
