La Victoria — Local services in Des Moines

I thought that this was a pretty good Asian store until I got home with my produce and the limes were brown inside and the tea was stell tasting. I also noticed many fruit flies after this purchase. When I called the owner had a too bad attitude and didn't make things right. When I tried to give the store another chance, I had to continuously ask what the produce was, because most items are unmarked, and how much it was. A lot of the selection are limp and unfresh. The same female, the owner, would shrug her shoulders and say I don't know what it is. How can you not know what's in your own store??? I won't...

We like the products this store offers. Unfortunately, half their merchandise has no price on it. You have to wait till you get to the counter to find out what you owe. That's a deal-killer for me, because you never know if they're ripping you off. I can put up with the cluttered isles, because that's common for most Asian food stores.
