First of all they charged me for service they didn’t even complete or try to complete. At first I called and told them I was coming explaining that I had a radio screen for an f150. As soon as I got there he goes like come back another time. I told him I had just called before I started driving here and asked if it was okay to bring it and I was told yes. So they finally take my car. After working on it for 3 hours and I was waiting there, they come out and say they can’t do it. I contacted the manufacturer of the screen and they called the store to give instructions. By this time it’s already like 4:30 and I got there around 2pm. I was so confused and stressed the whole time. Anyways they tried to charge me $350 for an installation they didn’t even know how to do. Not only that. He said come back Tuesday and we’ll figure out how to do it. Um excuse me no. You already couldn’t do it today why should I come back. They made me pay half of the amount for literally no reason they wasted 3 hours of my time and I had to pay for it. Terrible place terrible service. Thanks for wasting my time and stealing my money. 0 stars from me and if I want my money back if you want this taken down. Update: the manager or whoever called me tried offering store credit…he also said the screen wasn’t compatible to begin with and that I bought the wrong screen. I asked why they even installed it to begin with he said “ they trusted you” or something of that nature. That’s not how you run a business. And how he’s trying to say it looked like somebody else attempted the job and failed. Like Alr lie let’s see where that gets you because when I walked in there the package was unopened… my whole point is why take a job you know you can’t do… instead of taking my money and wasting my whole day. I just got it installed somewhere else. And they said this shop left loose screws in my car… it just keeps...

I was very disappointed with my experience with sound station. I paid for an aftermarket Pioneer touchscreen radio and installation for my Escalade. I was assured multiple times beforehand that my factory backup camera would still work with the new radio. I was told the truck was done later that day and when I went to pick it up the back up camera wasn’t working and neither were the volume controls. I brought the truck back and was assured yet again that they would get my back up camera working. Finally Sound Station concluded they couldn’t figure out the problem and offered to install an aftermarket camera for an additional charge. I agreed. The aftermarket camera they installed was horrible! Not only did they not install it in the spot where they factory camera was but they made a hole in my bumper without my permission, but the camera was placed so high it shows more of the bumper than the surroundings when backing up. It also does not work at night or in the rain and is cheap and just pretty much useless. I called back up to the shop and left three messages for the owner and never received a call back. I told the owner from the beginning that I did not want the radio without the backup camera. Had they been honest from the beginning I would have just kept my factory radio and back up camera and saved myself the money and headache! Very unprofessional...
