K&G Fashion Superstore — Local services in Detroit

I love the selection of clothes because they seem to have what the one that's near 13 and Gratiot do not have. The past 3 visits have left me with a bland feeling. I'm never greeted when entering the store nor am I offered assistance while browsing the isles. Every time I am ready to check out, I have to look around for a cashier.

My 1st visit, the cashier rang up my clothes but did not hand me my clothes after handing me my change. When I asked where we're my clothes, she points to the area behind her and says back there. So I ask her if i'm supposed to go behind the register to get them or are you going to hand them to me? She stands there and look at me and another sales person comes along to hand my clothes to me, trying to make light of the situation.

I love the store for it's selection of clothes but the customer service is what make me second guess about shopping there. You want my money but don't appreciate my patronage of your store. Please fix that. If they go out of business soon then...

I went into the store to exchange an item and return a couple of others. Upon arriving, I walked to the area where the line began, there was one customer walking away from the register as I was standing there. I waited for a few minutes while the workers stood behind the counter and socialized instead of helping me. When I was finally called over I had explained what I would like to do, (I had the original receipt from my purchase which was from the previous day). I asked the clerk where I could find a similar item in the next size up. She scanned the item I wanted to exchange and told me they didn’t have any. She then told me I could take all the items I had to another store to return them, she didn’t seem interested in helping me as a customer at all and her and another clerk when they finally did do my refund were making snide comments to each other in front of me. Just walked out of this store with my purchase. Purchased two suits for my son. The sale was mens $99 suits were 2/$150. Got to the register and they rung up $87.50 each. I questioned the promotion and clerk said the suits aren't ringing up $75 each so they are $87.50 each. I told her that's false advertisement. She instantly gained an attitude, huffing and puffing. Hitting the keyboard rough, snatching receipt papers, whilest talking to the other coworker about how to tell future customers the suits don't match the sale. And saying how she'll make the change this time but no more. She slammed my receipt down and said sign this! The attide was so apparent and nasty. Her name is Markeesha.
