Such a terrible experience. I stood in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes to place my order of a Carmel Apple Spice for them to tell me they didn't have the apple juice to make it. I ordered my children their two drinks.
After waiting an additional 10 more minutes to get to the window, the cashier said "How can I help you?" I thought it was odd, as I've never been asked that when I have placed an order through the drive thru. So I said confusingly, I wanted to get my order. The guy said, what would you like to order. Again, extremely confused, I said I already ordered. The cashier then started saying "You have to order your drinks at the speaker, you can't skip the line" I said excuse me? I didn't skip the line. I ordered. He Again said no, you have to order back there. Then asked me what I ordered. I didn't remember the names because my children just randomly ordered something. My one son mentioned a Carmel drink and the cashier said the whole order and the kids said "that's our order"
So not only did I stay in line for a long time to order, to get my order, I was accused of cutting the line. Not even asked, just accused. People inside were looking at me crazy, I was sooo embarrassed. I kept insisting I placed my order and didn't cut the line. Not to mention, not even being able to get what I came there for.
I looked at the reviews here and saw the manager posted a contact us link, I filed a complaint, they were in contact with me asking a trillion questions on top of asking for a receipt. Which, who on earth would think I had received a receipt after that beats me. They said they would be in touch again and just stopped responding. Absolutely positively terrible. My case # is Case CS5695006 opened - Re: CS5456261 - Customer stated that they were annoyed, irritated, or angry at a coffee shop. Today, December 4th, after waiting in line
I would think the office would continue to help, but they didn't and just stopped responding. They asked me for my account, I told them I didn't have one unless it was under an old email address and communication stopped after. I was trying to avoid writing a bad review but they left...
Read moreMy children and I frequent this Starbucks very often on our morning commute, and we were disappointed when we saw they were closed for remodeling. We were finally able to stop in today, and I was surprised at the poor customer service we received. Upon ordering at the drive-thru, the representative seemed annoyed with my order. She made a deep sigh then followed it with another one and then "hold on". She came back and said she'd have to ring up the drink a certain way. I explained I have never had an issue as I order this drink all the time for my children. She went on to cut me off and asked if I needed anything else and if I still wanted the drink. I finished my order after being asked several times “anything else, anything else” in a very annoyed tone. When I got to the window to retrieve my order, I asked what her name was. The cashier gave me the representative’s name, and asked if there was a problem. I said, “Yes, she has a bad attitude.” Jae was her name. She came to the window to and said, “I don’t have a bad attitude.” I let her know she did, and I was not going to argue with her after a few back and forth between us. As we were waiting on our $38 order, she proceeded to say “I’m not about to let anyone that don’t know me or work with me question or say anything about my character. She don’t know me.” I responded and let her know she was unprofessional yet again. She continued to say remarks. Then another young lady came to the window, and said “okay, and bye, you done, bye”. I tried to get her name as well, but the cashier closed the window in my face as I was asking her name. Our drinks, and our food were very tasty as always, so I am appreciative of that. However, as a customer for well over 13 years, I have never experienced this kind of treatment and unprofessionalism from any Starbucks. I was very disappointed that I had to start my morning...
Read moreEdit: new mobile order window is a great idea. Ordered, got to the window 10 minutes later, stood in line for 20 MINUTES while the people inside had conversations. There could have been a lot of mobile orders but nothing was on yhe counter waiting, 3 cars in the drive through, but a good amount of people inside (workers). Wish this place had good management to teach time skills and customer satisfaction. This place is a mess and takes way too long. They will mark your oder is done (probably to keep their times down for corporate) but won't actually be done or even working on them. Get it together starbucks!
The guy working the drive through during the day times moves slower than a turtle. Hes always talking to coworkers while your sitting at the window and can literally see your own drink there. He needs to be trained like Liz (girl working the drive through in the mornings), she is fast, efficient, remembers customers, and makes for an overall great experience.
If you're going during the day, expect to sit in the drivethrough for 20+ minutes waiting for the guy to hand...
