Marshalls — Local services in Detroit

My husband called this store at 1:05 PM on January 22 to inquire about air fryers.The person who answered the phone clearly could not be bothered, was brisk, and downright RUDE. How can a corporation have someone this unprofessional answering their phones?When asked if they had any, it was, “What”? When he repeated the question, the response was, very irritatedly, “Hold on”. She may have even sucked her teeth when she said it and she really sounded very annoyed. My husband was on speaker, and I jerked my head towards the phone because I could not believe what was transpiring. When she came back to the phone, she says “ We ain’t got ‘um”. Come on Marshalls of Detroit on West 8 Mile Road, you can do better than this. Service is all you can offer, and this is not it. Someone with this poor training and natural demeanor should be working in stock, not answering...

I visited this store on Friday 4th may 2918 night. Picked couple of items that includes a bathroom space saver. The item I liked have some dents and scratches but still I was ok to buy them. At chashear 2 a nice girl was checking out me, I asked a doubt to her about “do I’m eligible for any discount because of the small damages with the product” I was thinking like every average earning person if I get $1 discount would be a big difference. A lady from first counter over heated my question and was very rude in behavior, she was so loude and arrogant for nature for not giving any discount.
