Savon Foods Super Market — Local services in Detroit

Hello All, just want to share the importance of customer service or WHO is your representative for the first contact with a business. Well I called this location in hopes to get some more good customer service from a gentleman that assisted me at a Savon grocery store. Well I made the call and received the worst, unprofessional, rude woman that answered the phone. Her tone and verbal expression gave me the impression that she could be African American but I'm not certain but after my brief period with her she so rudely and abruptly told me I had the wrong store and to try somewhere else and hung up on me. I would definitely agree with another reviewer who shared that she should be fired however, they must be use to her behavior and don't worry about the comments or representation for their location. So they can rest assured I WILL NOT be referring anyone to this location. But if you don't mind rude behavior weather in person or over the phone this location is for you but my money is valuable and as a paying customer I want to feel like a valuable person/customer. I go to this store all the time but today made me not ever want to go back again! I was so upset because I was being followed by a lame security guard who didn't have anything to do so when that happens I guess he feel its ok to follow ppl around the store in EVERY SINGLE ISLE you go to so ppl beware! Not to mention my coat was open I didn't have a purse and I had a cart and was using a caculator on my phone but I'm being followed by a security guard who should've been doing his job by watching someone that's really stealing and not by following them around you could watch from a far or go watch the cameras sorry to tell the owners of the store they security guard needs training you could lose a lot of customers over this. Now I understand doing your job completely but that's not how it works one day hes going to follow the wrong person and get his head busted. You shouldn't treat everyone like theives even if you are a security guard so do your job right and stay in your Lane and you'll be doing your job...

I live in the area so I would go here 2 times I bought a cake in meat that wasn't fresh , against my better judgement ..I went in here this past Sunday 7/7 2019 in I was treated like a criminal I picked up a medium pot roast in it was marked for $2.74 I knew it was mismarked so I got it ...took it to the register in the Chealden women accused me of changing the price...I have long nails ..in it was freshly packaged I was so appuald...how I was treated not shocked thou...you see how people really feel about you...after spending money for over 12 yrs...the manager honored the price after the workers verified it was mis marked I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR IN HERE AGAIN IN I WILL BE CONTACTING SOME OTHER AVENUES ABOUT MY...
