Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit

First when I walked in the young man was texting on hos phone and didn't even ask to help me and he went from one phone to the other. 2nd they had no food ready everything was a 45 min wait that's what he told everyone that walked in behind me. He told the lady all they had was hot & ready's ready but she said ok let me get 2 and he told her he couldn't sake her 2 because someone else might want one and he asked if someone else wanted one and the young man replied yes he wanted one so he wouldn't sale her but one. And the whole time he had his phone in his hand texting. She paid by card and he didn't notice that her card was declined but she had already left with her free pizza because he wasn't paying any attention because he was on his phone the whole time. And from what I was able to see everyone in the back was on their phones also. I ordered a pepperoni cheese bread it was so small it didn't even fit the box and 2 ordered of wings 1 had so many feathers on it it looked like a baby chicken. They need to improve their customer service at that 17200 Livernois Det, MI location. The cell phones has destroyed customer service for business. I won't be going back there anymore. At approximately 8pm this evening I placed an order, PAID, & was told to wait for my order. As I waited outside, the supposed "manager" as I was told started bringing the gates down and locking the doors as myself and other customers that previously paid were waiting. I walked to the door and knocked on the glass for her attention as she was trying to quickly go to the back of the restaurant without speaking to anyone but I continued knocking on the window as well as other paying customers and I told her that I had paid and was awaiting a order she rolled her eyes & said "were closed" (when the establishment closes at 11pm, it was now 9:30pm).I said that's impossible because I already paid she shrugged her shoulders and went to the back of the restaurant and never showed her face again. The young lady who took my order initially, eventually opened the door and gave us our food but this was extremely unprofessional and rude. I asked the young lady who was that? I never post reviews, but I have to write one to encourage people to not go to this Little Caesars location. Spend the extra time and go to the one on 7 mile or 9 mile. I ordered pizza online through the Little Caesars website and when I arrived at the store at 8:30 pm on Friday night it was closed. The employees were inside with pizzas in the warmers, looking at me and some other customers who were outside. They gave us no explanation to why they closed and had no regards for helping us. I have spent days trying to get my money credited back to me, but when I call the store they say they cannot help me or they are closed. I eventually went through my bank, but it has been such an inconvenience chasing them down. The customer service at this location is piss poor and Little Caesars as a company needs to invest the time in training these employees or...
