My granddaughter purchased the Vegan Gyros for yesterday/ It was good, but it could be better. It had too many cumber slices that were too thick. Your Tzakiki sauce was merely mayonnaise with dill in it. Mayonnaise cannot be used in place of Veganiase! Most especially not in the place of Vegan Greek yogurt! I reheated tonight and took a couple of bites and got sick to my stomach. Which is sure sign you use mayonnaise to make your Tzakiki sauce. True Tzakiki sauce is dill weed, shaved cucumber, with garlic blended in Greek yogurt. I have made Vegan Tzakiki sauce with Vegan plain Greek yogurt and the above ingredients. Maybe other customers don't like the taste of garlic. However, when I eat a Gyros, I expect that "pop" taste of garlic with the other ingredients in the sauce.
