Queens Boutique — Local services in District Heights

Today was my first time visiting this Boutique. I walked in and was greeted politely by the owner. I let her know that I was there to pick up my online order. While communicating about the pick up process, She already had an unprofessional attitude, I’m trying to understand how it works, so while she was explaining, there was some misunderstanding and confusion so the manager got an attitude, stopped explaining the pick up process, and ignored me. I was simply trying to understand the process and was annoyed by her attitude and then ignored while still waiting on 2 items. These items were paid for already, I was just there to pick the items up. I don’t know where the misunderstanding and attitude came from. I was looking around and ready to purchase other items in there until I was treated so rudely and disrespectful. I will never step foot in there again. She said something about someone threatening her, there was no need to threaten anyone. Your store is not that serious and neither was your attitude taken...

I am a customer and also neighbor closely residing near the boutique and let me tell you my girl, has some great pieces! I’m never disappointed and she truly is friendly and welcoming. It’s awesome to live near such a unique and diverse fashion spot where you can find anything on your designer palate. 5 stars!!! Support this...
