We brought our microwave to them since we live outside of their service radius but they're apparently Bosch certified. Over the 6 weeks they had it, they never called me or returned the dozen or so calls I made wanting to know what they'd found or if they could fix it. Every time I called, I felt like I was an inconvenience to the receptionist. Eventually my husband got a tech on the phone. He told us they'd torn it apart and couldn't see anything wrong with it and to just come pick it up. We got it home and decided to try to open it ourselves. Six screws and one metal plate in, we found a wire burnt through and the malfunctioning part. I'm super glad we didn't just return it to our kitchen like nothing was wrong at their suggestion... Apparently Farley's definition of "tearing it apart" and mine are very different. This could have very easily caused a fire. When we found it, we called and AGAIN got told we'd get a call back. Ha! I won't ever return or recommend this place. Photo is of our "perfectly fine" appliance 🥴

Our dishwasher started giving us an error code and would occasionally not finish a load so we reached out to Farley's to see if they could fix it for us. It's an older dishwasher but we wanted to keep it limping along long enough until we completely remodel our kitchen and buy all new appliances. When I reached out the receptionist couldn't give me a timeline of when the service tech would be available. Imagine my surprise when he contacted me the very next morning at 8:00 am. I told him we were free and he said he would be out in 15 minutes. I rushed to get myself, my children, and my home ready. An hour later he still wasn't there so I called again and he "forgot" that he had just told me he would be here. Ok, fine, accidents happen, so I told him it was still fine if he came out. That should have been my red flag that I wasn't hiring a reliable company. He shows up, sits in front of the dishwasher for 10 minutes. Doesn't pull out any tools or do any sort of diagnosing but says it might be the control panel. That is not what we thought it would be, so we were wary to listen to his advice. Glad that we did not choose to continue with his "fix" because he was wrong. We did more googling and found that it was a different part. We ordered it ourselves and sure enough, it was not the control panel but the heating element that had gone bad. Essentially I paid this company $90 to stand me up and tell me to buy a new dishwasher. Thanks a lot! The sad thing for them is that I am still going to purchase an entire kitchen worth of appliances and I won't be giving them any more of...

After leaving this review a day later I received a phone call from the new owner. He apologized multiple times for everything. He told me from here on out he will personally be the one dealing with everything. He is making it right and getting us a brand new washer.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I made a claim on July 11th through my home warranty company for washer repairs, and Farleys came out four different times, each time saying it was a different part that needed to be replaced. After the fourth visit, they finally said it was the motor. At that point, my warranty company advised replacing the washer. Farleys delivered what they claimed was a brand new washer, but I watched them unload it with no box, dents on the side, and it didn’t work properly from day one. It wouldn’t drain and would add water when set on “drain and spin.” When I called, they insisted on replacing a control panel instead of standing behind the fact that a new washer shouldn’t need repairs. Even after that “fix,” the washer still didn’t work. Their solution was to drop off a “loaner.” That unit leaked water all over my laundry room because their installers didn’t bother tightening the hoses—now I have water damage to my baseboards. This entire process has been nothing but frustration, wasted time, and additional damage to my home. I would strongly recommend avoiding Farleys if you value your time, money, and...

Last year had a freon leak and was building up outside one and they fixed it. Well I got charged labor and parts but was told labor was under warranty the part wasn't.

This year same line, same freon leak, but this year was an air filter. I have never heard of a filter causing an outdoor freon leak off one line, but I also do not work on A/C units. For $93 I got a crappy 4 dollar filter when I get the nice allergy ones and had the one I buy for myself in my car to channge over the weekend. The rest was labor

I have a camera on my garage and I honeslt am dissgusted. I never gave anyone permission to go inside my house. No one ever called me to tell me the problem. The girl who answers the phone is rude. I called and then someone was there about 10 minutes after my 2nd call for the day I missed them by about 5 minutes from driving from work to home. I ask questions about warranty, charges, and typical what's going on questions and never get a straight answer. Just a bill

This company used to be the go to. Chucks always been fair but this is unacceptable. I'm going to take my business somewhere else that answers questions, gives you the estimate before repairs, is transparent, and don't scam you or...
