Airboat Adventures Everglades — Local services in Doral

What a BLAST! I learned that I may have a slight obsession with airboats after a tour I did with my sisters earlier this week. We had originally booked a tour earlier in the evening, but a storm came rolling in and tried to ruin our plans. No such chance! Greg was super accommodating and waited for the storm pass so that we could still do the tour.

As soon as we were gliding across the water, we immediately knew we made the right choice. Greg knows the marshland like the back of his hand, including every creature that lives there too. He is referred to as Snow White of the swamp, and if you get the chance to do his tour, you’ll know why.

He is respectful of the habitat and you can tell he loves what he does. Greg was happy to share knowledge and personal experiences having grown up around gators. I’ve been raving about the tour to everyone I’ve spoken to, and would highly recommend it to anyone who has a sense of adventure or wants to get a more authentic tour of Florida wildlife. Needless to say, we’ll be back again the next time...

Zero stars if possible. We had booked and paid for 1 hour private tour, and nobody ever showed up. There was another tour operator at same ramp who kindly helped us and contacted this operator, at that time this operator told they would cancel and refund the money. Luckily this tour operator who helped us had time to take us on airboat tour. After the tour we got the refund in cash from this another tour operator, since they could not refund the money to our credit card. So to sum up Airboat adventures everglades service: 1)Never showed up 2)Never contacted us 3)Cancel email was send after we contacted them and that email came after starting time 4)Promised to refund to credit card but could not do it 5)No contact after they did all that and no apology.

Without that other operator being on that ramp we would have missed this tour, probably never had our money back and had our day/morning ruined. Never use this company if you want to get what...

Here’s the deal, this generation has gotten used to the whole notion I want cheap and a lot.. they complain once they don’t get quality when they specifically chose cheapness … Greg and Xavier are two guys who went above and beyond my request to WOW my wife on her birthday vacation.. we showed up party of 7.. I had reserved two airboats.. 5 on one and me and my wife on another one.. they knew the assignment and when I say rolled the red carpet out, they rolled out the Florida Gator Marsh out for our whole party!!! I had people in my party I have never seen smile, just laughing their butts off! When I tell you this event single-handedly made my wife finally admit how appreciative she was of me ,, fellas this is groundbreaking monumental as this is the gratitude, the appreciation us men have been looking for our whole lives!!!
