I ordered a poster from this online store with dimensions 16x24 inches as a gift for a friend. The poster was $34 with $2 tax and $10. When I received a poster the size of a wall (literally) and complained, the company offered me a 15% discount to keep the incorrect poster or the option to return the poster and received a refund. After receiving the shipping label and returning the poster, I asked when I would receive my refund. My email went unanswered for weeks. When I asked again, silence again. After reaching out again, I was issued a refund of $34, and not the cost of sales tax or shipping. As it was this company's error, they are responsible for those costs. When asking when I would receive the rest of my refund or if this was a scam, this company sent me an email on Christmas Eve calling me disrespectful and uneducated and banning me from their website. If you want to be treated with respect, I don't recommend doing business with this company or ordering products from this website. I hope 2021 brings them...

Living in the mountains of Arizona, it's difficult to find quality Cuban foods. My Cuban wife was feeling a little homesick missing the food more than anything. When I found Cuban Food Market online I was very skeptical. Placed an order for Cuban Bread & some other things. The 1st part of the order was shipped the same day & arrived right on time. The bread shipped on a Monday & arrived on Thursday. I surprised my wife and had her open the boxes together Thursday evening (bread box 1st of course). She opened the box not sure what to find. She let out a scream and cradled the load of Cuban Bread like a baby. Realizing that there was a total of 4 loaves and a whole other box of goodies the tears of joy started rolling down her face. I'm in Georgia where we don't have many cuban food options, so was happy to discover this place. It is definitely overpriced but I'm in Georgia. So, I went ahead and placed an order for a variety of items. Very disappointed with their high prices how careless they are in packing the items. The "torticas de moron" were all crushed to almost a powder. The palitroques were mostly all broken into small pieces. The other items were breads and boxed Turton, which fortunately don't crush as easily. I won't be ordering again to get overpriced items that arrive crushed. Be aware of this before you order. I won't use them again.
