So to start off with my subscription expired September 29 of 2024 and I was still being charged for a active subscription. I got into contact with the lead of customer service department. To be frank with you it’s extremely out of character for a company not to be on top of their customer service department because I have been waiting for a response about my money that has been stolen for me for about a week. Keili cruz, You do not know how to do your job I work for a credit union. I am a collections officer, and if My Manager were to know that I did not reply to a customer and over a week about some discrepancies on their account, I would be fired. This is extremely tacky for a company to be doing this not to mention that I have been calling every single day for the past two weeks trying to get a hold of somebody!! Now I have to print out proof that the subscription expired as per the lead of the customer service department told me Through email That it was. So with that proof, I’m going to print that out I’m going to print out the discrepancies From my bank account And I’m honestly gonna have to show up to a random car wash To ask for help.. This is not how you run a company. Whoever is in charge of the customer service department should be ashamed of their selves for the malpractice and the unprofessionalism that you guys going on. I have been emailing the leader of the customer service department for a week and I have yet to receive Any response from her. She asked me for the first four of my card and the last four and I gave it to her and I have not received ANYTHING. These people charged me three months worth of subscription on my card and have yet Refund my money… So tell me how my subscription expires to September 29 but yet I’m being charged in October I’m being charged in December and I was charged January 3. $39 Every single time I was charged.
I just received the same email that I received about a week ago asking for the I JUST RECEIVED THE SAME EMAIL THAT I RECEIVED ABOUT A WEEK AGO ASKING FOR THE FIRST FOUR OF MY DEBIT CARD FOR SIX NUMBERS OF MY DEBIT CARD AND THE LAST FOUR THIS IS THE SECOND EMAIL THAT I RECEIVED ASKING THE SAME THING. This is extremely unprofessional of a company that their customer service department is so adamant about fixing this discrepancies. I have taken the liberty to upload the email that I sent to the customer service department.. The lead of that customer service department does not know how to do her job or possibly train the minority under her. I work at a credit union as a collections officer, and if I were to not fix a discrepancy in a members account, and My Manager were to come across it, she would fire me. These people will take your money and say your subscription is expired. My subscription supposedly expired September 29 then why are they taking money out in December? Why have they taken money out in January and why did they take money out in October? Make it make sense. I have over five pages of emails. I've sent printed out on copy paper ready to take to my lawyer. I have been dealing with the poor communication skills of this customer service department trying to get back my money that was wrongly debited from my bank account that they have access to for almost 3 weeks. This is the first time I have encountered an atrocity with a company like this! This is heinous and tacky. The CEO of this company should consider his customer service department and consider who he has of a lead of that customer service department. I will be letting everybody that I know to be aware of this company just because of the customer service department because of the customer service department would've gotten my money back in one week. Everything would've been fine but what pisses me off is that it's been three weeks.
UPDATE 02/06/25 I have still not received any time of response. Im waiting till tomorrow to contact my lawyer. I was asked AGAIN for the card numbers. Nothing has...
Read more0 stars more like. I frequently get my truck washed via subscription and I decided to try this place since they have various locations and are larger. I was clearly wrong in doing so rather than stick with my previous car wash subscription that provided great wash, just no other location.
First off, the vacuums are unacceptable. They have barely any suction at all and I moved around to several. They all were bad. I signed up for the membership and went through 1 wash. There was barely any soap, barely any water pressure, and no scrubbing roller that came down for the windshield and roof. As a result, by car was left with terrible water spots and didn't actually get cleaned, there was literally dirt still on it.
I spoke with the manager at the location to refund and cancel my subscription due to poor services and experience. He gave me a phone number and said he would send an email (spoiler alert, he didn't). He checked my truck and agreed that it wasn't clean at all. He asked me to go again because he suspects that the machinery didn't adequately engage on queue aka the above roller didn't roll down. I told him I was pressed for time and that I couldn't after having wasted my time there already. He said on site managers can't refund because there was a scam where they were refunding subscriptions and that ability was removed by corp (??? gee I wonder why, could it actually not be a "scam" and that simply the service was so poor that people frequently asked for refunds???)
I called the phone number he provided, the rep said they can't refund my subscription. I asked for a manager, same thing. She told me I could've washed the car again and I could wash 2 times if the car wasn't clean enough. This is completely contradictory to what the employee said when I signed up, as only 1 wash per day was allowed and generally this is true for car wash subscriptions from other companies. So basically the manager is lying. Even when I explained that the implied service was a clean car, which didn't happen, and vacuums that work, which also didn't happen, and that overall I had a complete poor and unsatisfactory experience per their designated industry, she still told me the same, that they can't refund it because I had went through one wash.
This company is ridiculous and would rather recieve terrible reviews than actually provide a refund with proper reasoning. Steer clear of this place and DON'T waste your time like I did. I should've listened to the reviews on yelp about this company, they utterly suck...
Read moreI was a long time customer of this establishment (even holding two unlimited memberships at one point) until today on account of the way that I was treated. I came to wash my car on a rainy day. First of all, they tried to get me to enter my cell number before I purchased a car wash, which I thought was strange. Then only the two most expensive car wash options were available. After passing my car through the wash, I came out to vacuum my car, only to find that the vacuums were turned off. When I spoke to an employee and demanded a discount, she asked why I would want a discount if the vacuums are free. When I explained that one expects to vacuum his/her car after th wash, she replied that the vacuums turn off automatically when it rains, to which I responded that they should have a sign up saying so, rather than just taking my money. To that she responded that they cannot do that because they cannot predict the rain (mind you, it had been raining since morning, so there was plenty of time to place a sign). Bottom line, they are only interested in taking a customer's money with no sense of integrity for delivering a service. If they offer vaccums, even if they are free, customers expect to be able to use them and should be told ahead of time if they are not working, so they do not waste time taking it through the wash only to have to leave with a dirty interior. I feel ripped off and cheated and it seems as though they have a new owner who tolerates these practices, because this used to not happen before. All in all, they have lost a...
