Please don’t believe good reviews. Most of them are asked by the management to leave good reviews in exchange for some benefit. All the bad review are true. I lived in the condominium for 3.5 years and it’s the worse place you can imagine. I moved out on February 2025. The management love to see people begging, especially Teressa and Stephanie, the managers. The management and everyone who works there treats the residents with such disrespect and humiliation. Please trust my honest review and avoid this place. Why I never left sooner ? I am single hardworking mom, and had no time and money to move out, until I got promoted last year. Here is in more details some things about this place
Visitor parking - 3 hours maximum..And no visitor after 8pm. They will tow your car. The security guy works with a towing company. You have no idea how many cars have been towed.. The worst part, there is no place near by for the visitor to go and pay for parking.
I was almost attacked by one of the employees there. The incident happened on January 2023. One day I told one of employees in the management to remove the golf car because I couldn’t go up to the parking lot. She was not allowed to park there and there is always cars there. The employee told me, “no I am not going to remove it, what are you going to do about it” and kept screaming at me and kept recording me. In the meantime, I was begging her to please remove the golf car and my daughter was in the car watching the whole thing.. While me and this woman were arguing, 10 men employees including the security guy were watching us.. Doing nothing. I was begging them to please remove the golf car. No one did nothing. The woman came one inch away from punching me in the face, and as soon as it happened, I walked away. Few days later Teresa, the manager, send me a warning letter that she was going to kick me out the building because I caused a disturbance. I never got an apology from the management. Awful management..
One of the security guy who has been there for a long time- he is a total scam and does nothing to provide security . He is very corrupted. He gets commission from the towing companies every time a car gets towed from the complex. He is probably the richest guy there..
Parking lot - when the school starts, it’s takes at least 10 min to get out of the condominium. Also when it rains, it’s like swimming pool. A nightmare
Teresa - the manger, has no compassion for the residents. She loves to see her residents begging her and always looks down on you. Don’t waste your time complaining to her. She will tell you it’s your fault and send you warning letter.
Loud music non stop. Every time, I complained to the security guy did nothing.
In the gym - music is always super loud. If you complain, they do nothing again.. I complained so many time to please lower the volume, their response was the owner want to keep the volume this loud. What a ridiculous excuse. I am the customer.. I even complied to Stephanie who helps Teresa, and she said the music was not loud.
There is one swimming pool and is disgusting. They never clean it.. Forget what the pictures look like, it’s one pool for all the resident there..
Also a tip - if you’re dying to live there. Versaille building ( the tall one) - is the best until in the entire complex. I lived there the entire time. It’s has an assigned parking lot and it’s covered. Also the unit inside have a build it closets, which are amazing. The units are new and very spacious. It includes free gym. There is washer and drier inside. And the view is very nice from the balcony. In front of the building there is a connivence store. Also there are some nice employees
@Management of Milton’s apartment - Shame on you for treating your resident so awful and with such disrespect. We are hardworking people and who cant afford to buy our own place. Please have more compassion and treat your paying customer with respect.
Whoever is looking to rent, please...
Read moreTo be honest alot of the people here are just being dramatic. You dont like your neighbors? Dont talk to them. Theres a convience store and dry cleaners inside the complex which makes it super easy if you want a midnight snack or getting ur dress shirts cleaned. My building is towards the back so its really quiet. I dont really talk to my neighbors and whenever i have an issue with a light or plumbing, the new website for residents allows you to report a maintainance issue. They are usually ontop of that and come within a day or two. Online, it does ask if they can enter without you there and what times would be best for them to come by. The only issue is that security lets anyone in but please know that this is area is actually really safe. If you look for the crime report, its super low around this area. So yeah they dont check but also keep in mind that over 1,000 people live in this complex and everyone has god knows how many visitors. Now with uber and lyft, they have no choice but to let them in including whenever you have food delivered or have an At&t guy come over. There are two racketball courts, the pool barely has any clorine so it feels amazing and theres even a sauna. Theres a small dog park and childrens park, though i never see anyone use them. Theres more than enough parking spaces here. It just really depends at what time you come home. Around 11pm everyones already home so of course its going to be hard to find parking. If you want a spot with your name, you can pay $50 and get one of the parking spaces infront of your building under the tents. I see alot of people are complaining around the laundry machines. Yeah, they break down often but thats because 60+ people use them non stop and if you report it, in like 2 weeks theyll repair or replace them. If you want your own washing and drying machine then you can pay 200$ more on your rent to live in the tower that has new appliances, granite counters and tile everywhere. You get what you pay for. People, you also have to realize that this area is abit more pricey than kendall but you are close to malls (10 min ride for both, dolphin mall, international mall and mall of the americas), the dolphin expressway, the florida turnpike and relatively near the airport (15 min ride). Theres a walking path across from the entrance that takes you to a shopping center with a LA Fitness, Walmart, Smoothie King, Chick-fil-a, and a Carraba's. They do have their own gym as well that goes for $100 a year. It includes a weight room, cardio room and a womans health club. If you do fear for your life about intruders, the complex isn't against putting your own security system. By all means, you are more than welcome to do that. Outside of that... you should know when someones coming over your house. If you dont know whos at your door, dont open it. Its pretty simple. Oh! And theres even a bus stop for the 7 (which runs NW 7th st) that goes to the bus terminal in dolphin mall and you can catch another bus there if need be but the 7 also goes to downtown. If you want a faster commute to downtown, you can walk to flager and take the 51 (only runs on weekdays) which has limited stops unlike the 11 (which also runs through flager but stops at every stop and runs 24/7 every hr and every 30 mins during...
Read moreI have lived here for about 2 years. All I hear is loud screaming and music from neighbors and construction. I've woken up to the sounds of drilling and banging, along with my boyfriend and my son BEFORE 8 AM. They don't give a fair warning of the noise that will be made. If they do, I'm not getting a single flyer. There should be emails sent out to communicate with the people of this community if they're having so much trouble. Whenever someone makes a negative comment, it seems as though they care, right? Nope, it is all for show. It goes in one ear and out the other. The employees my family and I have dealt with in the front have been extremely rude and pigish, eating with their mouths full while speaking to us and telling us that she "has to take a piss" in Spanish. And if you don't speak Spanish, you'll have trouble here. Barely anyone here is bilingual and even though I understand a lot of Spanish, I do not have an easy time speaking it. So whenever maintenance has come over to fix something, it's always an issue because I can't actually express the problem. I have to point and say the few words I do know. They also take forever to come and fix something, no matyer how big or small it is, and have constantly lied about showing up to my apartment to fix things when I have been in the house the whole day, waiting. They tell you a different day each time you go in questioning when they'll be coming. I know it says these are "luxury" apartments, but the pictures honestly do them justice. They are tiny, expensive, and below average. The amount of issues I have had in the 2 years living here don't really make it worth it. They are close to many shopping centers and schools. That may be a plus for some. As for the pool, it's always freezing cold. In other apartment complexes I've visited, they have the heated pool, gym, etc. and it's about the same price. Another problem I have had in the past was parking. There are just so many people living here that the small and badly constructed garages don't fit enough cars. Dog poop everywhere despite the poop bags around the neighborhood and dogs being walked off of a leash. My recommendation- not that it'll be taken- is to listen to what the people are saying and not just pretend to care about it, actually make moves to change the ways of this community. The more that people that are living here are happy, the more people you get coming in for apartments. What I can say I have enjoyed are the picnic areas, although they have to be cleaned and updated a bit. They were nice for my family and I to walk to. I am just waiting for the lease to end so that we can find a place we will be happier at. I wish them good luck and hopefully some change for this new year.
Just adding this since it just recently happened... A maintenance worker came to fix something of ours today, which was great, BUT he made a mess in our bathroom and I mean throwing dirty objects from the toilet into a garbage can of ours, without a bag and leaving dirt all over the floor. This isn't the first time this has happened to us. Very...
