Absolutely horrible! We weren't even able go inside to buy anything because there is no one there. We googled this place ahead of time and saw that Saturday they are open until 6pm, we got there at 5pm. Nowhere did it say that you have to call in order to go inside the store to buy their products. We get there and they have a note saying that you need to call in order to buy products, we called 6 times, then when a women FINALLY answered she tells me, quite rudely and impatiently that it is closed on Saturdays. I felt like I was back in Ecuador, horrible customer service and an absurd way of doing things. My kids were really looking forward to buying a bunch of things but were so let down. No other business anywhere operates in such a ridiculous and disrespectful way! You are NOT doing people a favor, you are providing a service that is then paid for by your customer, please, be more respectful of your customers whom you serve. We will never be going back. I’m on my way to the place now, but I called earlier to find out more details about the food and the customer service was not very good. The lady said to call to order the food in advance so I just did. So after I was on the phone for about two minutes trying to talk to a gentleman that didn’t have clear answers, the same lady got in the phone and she said: “I’ll return your call, I’m busy now” and she hung up the phone. Is it me or this is horrible customer service? I feel like I shouldn’t even go and spend one penny at that place. Emocionados a nuestra visita a Atlanta a comer Comida Ecuatoriana, buscamos en Google y salió esta página y las fotos de lo que supuestamente venden, al llegar felices logramos visualizar la bandera de Ecuador, y nos imaginamos un lugar temático del País, y cuando entramos, oh! Sorpresa, todo el lugar sucio, vacío, y los productos una miseria, fuimos ilusionados a comer encebollado SEGÚN las fotos publicadas en esta página, y no había NADA, le preguntamos a un par de señores que estaban almorzando sus propias comidas, y nos dijeron que no había nada Aún, Salimos Desilusionados del lugar, ya sabemos que para la próxima no volvemos a este lugar.
