The customer service was exceptional, and everything was delivered on time and beautifully presented. Here’s what we ordered: - **Jerk Chicken** (full pan, 20 pieces cut into 3 parts, leg quarters with jerk sauce on the side) - **Jerk Eggplant & Mushrooms** (half pan with jerk sauce) - **Rice & Peas** (full pan) - **Roasted Broccoli** (half pan) We also received complimentary beverages: a gallon of basil lemonade and a gallon of sweet tea, plus a delicious complimentary rum cake for dessert. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. I highly recommend Rae's Int’l Food Diaries for any catering needs!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rae and her staff!! I used her for a graduation celebration for more than 100 people. She is professional, organized, punctual and the food is AMAZING!!! She has a very wide array of options, complete with full menus that you can choose from. You can also mix and match from different menus. Our guests went back to the buffet line several times and even asked to take food home!! We especially loved the BBQ chicken, handmade hamburger patties ( beyond delicious), mac and cheese, grilled veggies (very fresh, well seasoned and grilled to perfection) and the strawberry basil lemonade!! The fact that she came to my house to do a tasting was very impressive to my family and I. The presentation of everything, even for the tasting was top notch. Her prices are reasonable as well.
