After days of having poor service through AT&T by way of Wal-Mart's thirdparty vendor, I decided to call the AT&T store to see if they could/would help me, and I sure AM glad that I did! Destinee helped me so much with her patience, expert knowledge of the back end of AT&T operations(she was better than the Customer Service Reps that we had to call), personality, interpersonal skills, time management and overall professionalism from beginning to end--she was consistently amazing! I canNOT say enough about how "above average" her Customer Service skills are and a very personable person, while maintaining her professionalism and efficiency. Because of the POOR Customer Service skills and lack of operational/technical knowledge that both, Tynecia and Darius, provided me at Wal-Mart, I was completely ready to give up on AT&T altogether and just be without a phone! Destinee was the ONLY reason I was able to walk out of the store with service, a phone and a way to stay connected with my new job, family and friends; which is crucial as we are in the middle of opening a restaurant and HAVE TO HAVE A PHONE! The Representative at Wal-Mart would not listen(because he knew everything and nothing at the same time) and rendered me unable to pay my deposit with AT&T but Destinee and Tatum assisted me with my payment until I was able to get my refund from Wal-Mart and pay them back. WOW...JUST, WOW!!! Destinee had already planned to assist someone but they didn't show up so I received the blessing! GOD IS SO GOOD YA'LL AND RIGHT ON TIME! YES, He can use people as well and I know He used Destinee because of the timing. (..."that no man can boast..." Ephesians 2:8) One of the most time-consuming and stressful days that I've had in a while was turned around because of this store! MY SERVICE AND PHONE HAS BEEN JUST AS PHENOMENAL! My whole family uses AT&T and now I was finally able to make the switch and we are ALL thrilled to go to this store and with our service!! Destinee truly deserves her position and a raise for her compassion and professionalism because I haven't seen such in the nine states that I've had the privelege to reside in. I donāt really understand but I had more problems with the replacement than the new one that was stolen. So my frustrations led me to AT&T. Thank goodness I was the only customer at the time. I was so mad I was pure shaking and I had a not so nice thing to say when I went through the doors ! AT&T Katie o tho l sensed something was going on . She immediately said Hi welcome to AT&T can I help you? Sheās unbelievably amazing at troubleshooting your phone. More patience than Jobā£ļø when my new iPhone 15 pro max came it I went to AT&T and Katie helped transferring and syncing my phones. My son and daughter in-law went in Wednesday and I told them ask for Katie. They did and the upgraded their pboned. Katie so amazing and most advantageous to this store ā£ļø when sees a customer come in she acknowledges them. Since we were waiting on the phones to cross over I said Katie go help them ours is just doing their thing. And she went and helped the customers. Sheās fast as lightning and she knows what to do with every phone. She needs a manager positionā£ļø if she doesnāt already have that . She has 4 loyal phoneā£ļø My Family has been with AT&T since they were AllTelšš when cell phones first came on the scene. I canāt say enough about her...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI thought about it, originally I wasnāt going to write a review, but then I thought about it more and decided I was going to. I wen to this store, located next to outback on the circle, so no one gets confused. I had just left work, so I was ready to get home. At the time I was having some issue with a cellular Apple Watch, the Manager ( Gina) has greeted me at the door and asked for my information, I told her I wasnāt an ATT customer, that I was a Verizon customer. Her attitude immediately changed. I was explaining the situation about this Apple Watch that had bought second hand and was trying to activate she immediately wanted to push the issue on Apple, Verizon told me it wasnāt in their system, so I went to Att hoping for some answers as to why it wasnāt working, apparently it was locked to Att network, but ATT couldnāt unlock it from their network without the owners permission, completely understandable, what happened next is what blew me away. As I was just asking simple questions if there was anything that could be done, or what my options were, she replied with ā well, looks like they got youā as I was not happy about this situation already, she added to the horrible customer service she had already displayed. Do yourself a favor and go to any other store...
