Had the nerve to not only tell my wife to leave but instead encouraged her to step outside so he could “handle her” and followed her out after she walked out leaving the store unattended with guests inside! He was yelling so loud the customers were even asked to get involved cause Kodi involved them and they didn’t want a part in it. To reach or buff up at a female across the counter? It’s not professional at all! If you didn’t like what she had to say you could’ve handled the situation a lot better than yelling and trying to fight a female outside! Very unprofessional and he has no idea of his flower products. Since this place opened I have always went out of my way past many other vape stores to go here.. And this last experience explains “WHY” !! I had went in like 3 sundays ago to purchase like 33.00 bucks worth of coils and juice for my vape then had to leave town well like 4 days into my trip I called spoke with Devon (manager) whom I hadn’t never met yet told her that I was there and what I purchased with Elizabeth a 3- pack of coils , little did she or I look into the small box to be sure they were all there.. Well NO they weren’t it was missing 2 out of 3 , so I called Devon explained to her I wouldn’t be back for a few days to town and she said no problem just stop back in; we’ll I did and she without hesitation replaced the missing coils and smiled and said thank you.. She is a soldier she could had questioned “Did I have a reciept” or fought me on the fact was I lying 🤥 No she simply replaced the missing coils and of course I purchased more juice while I wasn’t there … THANKS DEVON & ELIZABETH for taking care of me...
