Connie needs to be fired!! Connie is a very disrespectful individual!! Connie was extremely rude to the Mgr. Connie was extremely loud while I was NOT speaking to her. Connie makes this location look very bad. My order didn't look as I am use to it so I asked the Mgr but before the Mgr could get to my table, Connie had a lot to say. Connie stopped dealing with the customer in front of her to speak on the matter at hand that she was NOT apart of. After I informed Connie that I was NOT speaking to her, she continued to speak in a rude matter. One of the other cooks came over and helped Me with my order but Connie continued to speak of the young man. My Husband informed me that his reason for taking the plate up to the container was because one of the cooks was cursing in his statement about my complaint. Me and my husband went in here it was on a saturday night about 10pm I ordered a bacon lovers blt and hash browns with onions my husband ordered a 1/4 pound cheese burger plate with hash browns with onions we got our food the onions in the hash browns were black & oily my husbands was too the onions on his burger were black & part of the burger was black , we talked to waitress & she said they would make it again they did it when we got our food it was almost the same the hash browns still had little black particles in it & it tasted BAD ! the burger was still burnt I ate the blt sandwich it was fine but i did not eat the hash browns. my husband did not eat anything when it was time to pay the bill we asked to speak to the manager the waitress pointed at the blonde woman that was cooking on the grill & the manager came over & said we were going to pay for all of it ! RUDELY !! We paid for it , I WILL NEVER GO TO A WAFFLE...

Went here Saturday night with my husband and a couple friends the woman name Shelly was VERY rude. My friend tried to explain to her what he wanted to order and the price of it and she was talking to him like he’s stupid then when he was looking at the menu and talking to his wife about what he had wanted because he changed his mind Shelly had the nerve to get in his conversation and very rudely said excuse me can I help u and when he showed her on the menu and explained it to her she was being very scarastic and rude so we asked for another waitress and when we got another one she was being rude about that too.
