I shopped in this store this weekend and was very disappointed. I walked in and none of the employees greeted me. I decided to let it go and continue to shop. As I continued to shop, I noticed that every other customer who came in got greeted. After about 20 minutes of being in the store, I started to find shirts to try on. I carried around my shirts as I shopped before heading to the fitting room. I was bypassed while I shopped as others got asked if they would like to start a fitting room. I then noticed that I was purposely being ignored. I decided to shop around a little more to be sure that I wasn’t jumping to conclusions. As I shopped more, I continue to notice how every other customer was getting greeted and acknowledged except me. I was very disappointed and honestly shocked that I was receiving this type of treatment. I have heard of this store racially profiling before but I never thought that I would experience it myself. I love the clothes there . I have been a customer there for a few years now and I'm very angry at the way I was treated the other day when I had a return. I was treated so disrespectful it is ridiculous. I was given a gift card for the cello jeans I had returned and didn't have time that same day to spend it so I waited a few days and went back to buy a pair of black cello jeans for work. I was told when I got up to the counter that I was not able to use the gift card because they had voided it. I asked why and she told me because the tags were taken off and the jeans were wore out the store that day. Unbelievable I said... So if that's the reason they voided my gift card aka store credit...
