I got their regular pedicure with gel (it does say it is additional on their menu, it was $50 I believe) and that’s for all the basic foot care, scrub, massage and hot towel. I also got a full set and they look so good and feel so good—by that I mean they do not hurt like some nail salons over do the nail and it tends to pull at the skin. Please see attached photos for the great work the nail tech did on my French hombre with chrome. The nails are NOT thick or bubble-like at all. She shaved them down perfectly.

The salon itself is very clean, they have cute decor and the whole wall is filled with all sorts of colors to choose from. They have 6 massage chairs and 1 for a child on the end (it’s all pink and looks so cute). Both the massage chairs and nail chairs are really comfortable and in great condition. The massage felt great! They have one large tv to watch while you relax (which is appreciated if you’re not someone who gets on your phone during appointments).

I went on a Wednesday afternoon and I was actually the only one there! Which was lowkey really nice because I did not feel any pressure for time or any inconvenience. I’m really surprised this place isn’t more popular anymore than it is because it really was impressive compared to other salons who rush and do not do half as good of a job and upcharge. But hey— that’s fine with me because they’ve got a returning...

This is my 2nd time visiting this nail salon. My 1st experience was good and I was very pleased with the lady who done my pedicure . Today I decided to visit again after my 1st visit which was 3 weeks ago from today. I got there at about 11:30am ,was seated in a chair were i remained for over an hour before being waited on. The water was extremely cold, I was not asked what color, the lady couldn't do a simple design, and upon checking out I was charged $15 extra dollars from the price I paid weeks ago for the exact same service. Highly disappointed today, Very poor service today. I WAS NEVER TOLD A HOT WATER TANK WAS BROKEN, WHAT PERSON IN THERE RIGHT MIND WANTS THERE FEET SITTING IN ICE COLD WATER, AND I NEVER ASKED SPECIFICALLY FOR GEL POLISH. AND THE TOE DIVIDERS THAT YOU TAKE OFF OTHER CUSTOMER FEET YOU REUSE THEM ON OTHER CUSTOMERS FEET INSTEAD OF THROWING THEM AWAY AND USING NEW ONES, THATS VERY NASTY AND UNSANITARY . Needs to care more about the longevity of the client's nails. My nails came out awesome but did not last 2 weeks before they started lifting at the cuticle. Pedicure was poorly done, painting was rushed and didn't clean all of the polish off my toes. I've had better work done at this nail shop. Please don't get lazy with the work. I also was charged and extra $5 for my nails and pedicure with no one telling me what it was for. Not sure if it was for a prejudice reason or not. I did notice they are very discriminate towards bigger people. Prices should match the menu if no extra work...
