UPDATE They did an outstanding job last night! Our waitress, Tay, was very attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. The kitchen knocked it out of the park with the wings with the house sauce and the gochujang sauce. Crispy and juicy, perfectly cooked. Also perfectly cooked was the special, a medium temp. ribeye with potatoes and Brussel sprouts. It melted in your mouth. The specials were honored $25 steak and a wine happy hour price.
I always expect the hotel check-in staff to welcome us. But even after saying hello, they still ignore us.
UPDATE: We were so excited to go back to ThreeSixty with another couple for a birthday dinner. That night there was music. The musician was really good. But there was no reason whatsoever to have the P.A. system other than to play the music tracks between sets. Music during dinner, at a restaurant, should not be so loud that we can not still have a conversation at the table. Here is the real disappointment. We were sat at a table and waited for a waiter/waitress, when the girl came over we asked about the deals that were advertised on Facebook for that night. She acted confused and needed to ask someone else. The bar was to honor the happy hour prices until the music ended, according to Facebook, they were NOT. And the pour was less than the normal pour of wine. We ordered two appetizers and our entrees at the same time since it was busier than normal. Our guests received their entrée salads before we received a single appetizer. I had to flag our waiter down to ask about our appetizers. We asked our friends to not wait for ours and to enjoy their food. The appetizers finally showed up about the time our friends finished their entrée. I remind you that during this time we could not speak to each other with the music being so loud. Finally our entrée came to the table. Needless to say we were embarrassed, disappointed and just frustrated with the staff.
SUGGESTION: The Head Chef that started this needs to show up and have regular training and quality control. Check every plate before it leaves the kitchen. Make sure the kitchen runs the way he/she expects their kitchen to run and food quality is beyond the dinners expectations. No exceptions.
The front of the house should be very welcoming, friendly and know without a doubt what the menu entails and what specialty drinks are offered.
Honor your advertised specials. If you say its Happy Hour until the music stops, it damn well better be that.
We were so impressed and hungry for more when we first visited ThreeSixty. And will be back to give you all a chance to impress us again. But it won't happen like this. Hoping the next time we come to dine things are in order.
The corn & crab bisque was absolutely some of the best I’ve ever had, perfect. We shared the the pork chop that was massive and delicious. It was served atop of some sweet cornbread that had a bite. And covered in Conecuh sausage, black eyed peas gravy(think red beans and rice minus the rice and black eyed peas instead of red beans, deliciousness). In my humble, but professional travelers opinion. Hilton needs this menu, this executive chef, and these cooking techniques at all of their...
Read moreI Didn't know what to expect coming here tonight, never eaten at a restaurant in a hotel before. However, immediately after arriving, I felt welcomed, relaxed, and comfortable. The environment is upscale but still casual feeling, the seating is the best in the wiregrass, and not very noisy at all. The service matched the upscale but casual vibe. The waiter appeared promptly after our arrival and went over the specials and the drink menu. He knew the menu inside and out and was able to answer any questions we had. We opted to get the bread service, which is optional. The Naan comes with a trio of different butters. The bread was cooked perfectly, and tasted great by itself. Mixed with either of the regular butter choices just made it even better. However, the crowning jewel was the sun dried tomato butter. I could have eaten the butter straight from the bowl. My wife order the salmon they were running a special on. It came out looking like it was plated on a food network TV show. The salmon was cooked to perfection, the carrots were grilled and crispy. The flavor of these individually was better than anything in Dothan, but combined with the dirty rice was something I could eat everyday, and unlike anything in Dothan. I, on the other hand went with a simple burger. Well, so I thought. Call it a mile high burger, or the best burger in the wiregrass, whatever you decide, this is a must try food. It was cooked perfectly, the brisket was still moist and favorable and the cheese & BBQ sauce that is on it makes it a completely amazing burger. Now, all of this may seem expensive, but it was actually all a great price, and definitely worth the money! We definitely will be coming back. Guys, if you looking for somewhere fancy casual to take the Mrs too, this should definitely be...
Read moreIf you’re considering this spot, consider no further - I promise you won’t regret it. This is a meal that blew me away from the first bite to the last.
I will start by saying I’m very particular about food when I spend my hard earned money on it. That being said I thoroughly look at menus and reviews before trying a new place. I will also say it’s a shock to me that there are fast food places in the area with higher ratings than this amazing little spot.
The food was phenomenal, not a single complaint and they were accommodating of my grandfathers specific palate as well. He has had trouble eating lately but had no problems putting away the fried chicken and grits that he ordered. The pork chop was recommended by the waitress and it was indeed the right choice for me.
I’m not a huge pork eater and can’t recall when the last time I had a pork chop was, but when I tell you this pork chop was otherworldly I am not exaggerating. This pork chop meal was beyond decadent with every bite and the pairings couldn’t have gone better with it. I come from California where there is no shortage of great restaurants and I would put this above most new-American cuisine spots I’ve tried. I am from Alabama originally and have tried a fair amount in the Dothan area, this was hands down the best...
