Subject: Feedback on My Recent Experience at Brackin Appliances
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my visit to Brackin Appliances today, as the experience was quite unsettling.
My sister, recently purchased an entire kitchen set from your store and had recommended a refrigerator that I was considering purchasing as well. She spoke highly of your store, and I was eager to support a local business over a big-box retailer like Home Depot.
While at the store, I encountered a young man who was incredibly helpful, honest, and articulate. He made a positive impression and represented your business well. Unfortunately, my overall experience was marred by the conduct of two other employees. I was trying to purchase a refrigerator and was hoping for pricing comparable to Home Depot. However, the situation became unnecessarily complicated and, after spending an hour in the store, I ultimately decided not to proceed with the purchase.
The contrast between the professionalism of the young man and the behavior of the other two employees was stark. His honesty and effort stood out, but the lack of transparency and support from the others left me disappointed and frustrated. Regrettably, this experience has led me to decide not to return or support Brackin Appliances in the future.
I sincerely hope you recognize the exceptional qualities of the young man who assisted me and take steps to ensure all employees uphold a similar standard of service. It’s disheartening when a local business doesn’t meet the expectations of customers who want to support it.

Read moreWhile shopping next door for granite countertops for a current job, my customer is wanting a KitchenAid hood, I noticed they have KitchenAid appliances so I walk in to see if they had what I was looking for, now these hoods start around $1800 and this is a specific request from my customer so I wasn't there window shopping. They had one other customer so they were not busy at all. I looked around a little and found what I needed however it didn't have a price so I was browsing until they finished with their current customer. I was standing around waiting to be helped when someone else walked in and they were as nice and polite asking them for help bypassing me in line. Nobody even looked my direction, offered to help and ignored me like I was invisible. I was in my painter pants and my tattoos were showing so I'm pretty sure I know what they assumed. I politely thanked them for their help and walked out. So not only did they lose my business this time, they will never get a dime from any remodel I have and I have pretty substantial budget for this...
Read moreI recently made my first purchase from Brackin because of all the good reviews and was not disappointed. I was on my lunch hour (in a rush) and was helped as soon as I walked in the door. My over the range microwave was at a super price (better than the box store across the street) and they called the installer and scheduled the install right there while I waited. Their installer is wonderful! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and even programmed the clock for me before he left. I will definitely be making future appliance purchases...
