T-Mobile — Local services in Dothan

Local workers are good people. Corporate are thieves! Had no service at my new home. It was a horrible experience getting my service moved to a different carrier. Stopped the very last of my service on August 26, 2024 Paid them in full so I could get my phone number moved to new carrier and get the phone unlocked. Now on October 5, 2024 they took $61.53 from my bank account. So I try to find out why. They tell me I did not stop service on one of the three phones. And want another $45.00 so called discounted price to cancel that phone. Told them the history of that phone which was removed from service in July (grandsons phone, broken and their warranty would not cover). And had plainly told them on August 26, 2024 that I was done, completely done with them and never ever wanted to do business with them ever again. STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY MONEY REFUNDED. If you do any business with them PLEASE...

Store manager is unprofessional and acts very rude, staff is slow, very unhelpful and unresponsive the only employee that did his job was a guy named Tim who should be the manager and not the cocky and arrogant store manager at this time. I spent over 500$ in the store today and as soon as they had my money they didn’t care to be informative or wanna help me set anything up on my phone that I was having issues wit. Do not use the southside location unless they refigure management… if you don’t like what I said here today and your employed at this location then do better be more like Tim and don’t be lazy when paying customers who make sure you get a paycheck and your company stays in business needs a little bit of help … treat your customers like people and not a number of how much can you make off...

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Amber, Andre, and Tim for their exceptional service at the South Oates Store! After a couple of days of smoothing out some issues, they ensured that we left with everything we needed, all while securing the best deals tailored to our requirements. Their professionalism and patience were truly commendable, and I appreciated the light-hearted moments we shared along the way.
