Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dothan

We went through the Drive Thru. The girl on the speaker was too busy joking around to bother taking our order properly. She did not repeat it nor was it on the screen. We didn't know what our total was and she never told us when to drive around. Once we did, we sat at the window for close to 5 minutes before she took our card, again, no receipt, no total. No one in front of us, no one behind us. Parking lot was deserted. So we parked in a parking spot to check the food. We were given the wrong boxes. I would have let it go but my daughter will not eat tomatoes or sour cream. I took the entire order back inside. No customers in the lobby. I stood there and it took several minutes to get someone's attention. The woman in the pink shirt working the kitchen (I'm presuming she was a manager as the way she spoke). She was very rude when I asked for my daughter's food to be remade but the correct box (which was actually cheaper) and wanted to just refund it. She still did not listen and my daughter was upset because the woman was extremely rude to her as well. We will not be going back to the new Taco Bell on the Southside of Dothan until they can pay closer attention to their customer's orders, are nicer to their customers (leaving their drama talk at the clock when they clock in), and stay off of their cell phones when they're supposed to be ringing up food or fixing a problem. Very sloppy. Very unprofessional. I leave 2 stars to give the benefit of the doubt that Taco Bell will hire...

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Multiple times now have I been given attitude while going through the drive thru. I’ve brushed it off in the past but today threw me over the edge. As I’m sitting passenger to my partner who is ordering, we are greeted at the speaker very rudely. We ordered but asked to alter our order a bit and was given a scuff and sigh in response to our request. We were taken aback but just pulled forward to the window. After paying at the window, my partner took back our card and in response, the same woman from the speaker told my partner to not snatch our card out of her hand. She has black curly hair in a bun with big gold hoop earrings. She proceeded to say how she doesn’t “give a s*” about this job and gave us unnecessary attitude. She had someone else hand us our food as she stood at the window continuing to swear at us under her breath. I’ve never in my life received such terrible service. My partner is very sensitive to people getting angry with them, and afterwards lost their appetite because of our encounter. I don’t normally complain because I give people the benefit of the doubt but this experience was absolutely unacceptable. No clue what happened to this place, It used to be a good location. The last three times I have been here including this evening I have been given food that should not be served, stale taco shells, hard stale chalupa shell, rotten tomatoes, stale cinnamon twists without any cinnamon sugar on them. The portion sizes are absolutely tiny, when I order a taco or chalupa or anything else there is barely any meat whatsoever. Spent $30 tonight, and there is barely any meat on any of the tacos, nachos and literally 3 small pieces of chicken in the chalupa Why??? This location had another manager before who was awesome and the food was great! Whoever it is now absolutely sucks especially the short older white lady working drive thru. Seriously considering doing a chargeback on my credit card because I definitely did not get what I paid for. I understand inflation but Taco Bell's prices have gotten even higher yet the portion sizes keep shrinking this is unacceptable. When I said something to the lady at the drive-thru because I could tell the bags were incredibly light, she looked at me like I was stupid 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Do better! As for me I'm not going back to this location....
