I never write reviews but this deserves to be put out there. No other customers are in the place and had to wait a good 5-10 minutes just to order. The girl at the register was typing in something on a table. Okay, that's fine. Maybe it was an online order. So we order our 3 meals and pay. She never says a word to me after taking my order. She starts talking to the other employees. I stand there another good 5-10 minutes waiting for instruction on my drinks and chips since there is a large table with cups and a stand behind me with chips (not behind the counter but in the dining area). So I turn around and pick up 3 cups with lids and go over to the machine and start making the drinks. I already made 2 drinks when another woman starts yelling and screaming at me for being over there. Mind you there are no signs anywhere telling customers not to fix your own drinks and the girl never offered or said a word. The only sign on the table says " utensils and condiments are available upon request". I above all people realize how important social distancing is and cleanliness is because I am a healthcare worker, but there is absolutely no reason to start screaming at paying customers that have been standing there waiting patiently to be given a drink or to be offered a drink and then gives up and makes their own because they have been out right ignored for about 10 minutes after ordering. Read moreTook 30 minutes to get our order of 4 subs. My son's meatball sub was still frozen when they gave it to him. He brought it back up to the counter and explained what he found and they said they'd fix it. 15 minutes after that (now we're talking 45 minutes waiting for food at a fast food restaurant), they give him his food in a to go container, which I thought was odd. My son was just going to eat it at home at this point because everyone else had finished eating but I told him we would wait for him and to sit and eat. When he opened the container, his meatballs were now burnt black, hard and crunchy. I took this back to the counter but at this point they were closing and refused to make him another sub. I asked for a refund and asked the three people working there if any one of them would eat that if it was served to them. None of them answered me, and they all were annoyed that they had to deal with me. Then none of them seemed to know how to process a refund as that took some time to figure out. As I was standing there waiting for my money back, that's when it occurred to me that they put his food in a to go container because they KNEW they burnt it, they KNEW it was inedible, but they were hoping we would've just left and not opened it or noticed. Read morewe come to this location often, and unfortunately i would have to say this is the worst experience we’ve had so far.considering i also work in the food industry, im usually very patient and understanding. when we walked in there were no other customers in the restaurant and there were maybe 5 employees behind the counter. we ordered 2 large combos and our total was $41 all together. we stood and waited for about 15 minutes after placing the order, which at that point they had gotten maybe 2 or 3 more customers walk in. the kids behind the counter kept whispering and giggling which i think is very disrespectful in front of customers. on top of all that, i ordered a steak and cheese with no mushrooms but only got meat and cheese.( i still wanted my onions and peppers) i just think after the money and time we spent, they could have atleast gotten our...
