Crumbl — Restaurant in Rockaway Township

Okay so basically, i ordered an hour ahead and when i arrived my cookies were not ready and they told me that they are out of all the cookies i ordered. They gave me a 3 of the same cookies in replace of the 3 different kinds i had. When i asked them to replace it with one of the cookies they still offered they said they could not do it and simply gave me a free cookie card. when i talked to customer support, Madison they said it was MY fault for ordering ahead because they are a ‘fresh cookie company’ and that they do not make my order till i arrive but when i wanted to press i am here it did not let me. I was told my cookies would be ready at 9:20 and i got there at 9pm, Madison then told me that they will give away my cookies if they are ready before i arrive and that they are obligated to give them away. But seriously. This place is fine. Only complaint is the staff are a bit young and if in future when they sneeze they could do it onto their elbow... Or well..anywhere but over my cookies. That would be awesome! (I mean this with love and humor!)

I am 99.99% sure this wasn't malicious. Just a kid with a first job being a bit absent minded. I didn't eat the cookies they sneezed on (paid and politely took them without comment)

We all have had a first job. We've all made basic mistakes. That's how we learn! If management could maybe encourage the staff to keep to better hygiene around the food and guide them that would be great.

Otherwise the staff were extremely friendly. Polite, definitely have great vibes and personality that fit the store great. And they consistently serve cookies that accurately match...
