We can tell from reading these reviews that Redners doesnât care. They donât-review or respond to reviews from what I can tell. Safeway seems to respond. Not that it changes or improves but at least they seem to respond. I only go here because itâs near my house. I will say I like the parking lot here better than Camden. They seem to have what I need and prices are comparable and within reason. Now the negative: itâs dirty and grungey. The store is not that old but its dirty. Iâm not a fan of warehouse type setups and I see they are remodeling stores in other states as fresh markets. Hopefully this store is not forgotten. They do need to train there cashier better or at least give the new ones better supervision and resources. While the senior cashiers are fine Iâve had many occasion where I wanted to say perhaps this is not the job for you. Other times they need help and the supervisor acts like they are being bothered. A time that stands out the supervisor came to delete a over ring and walked away before making sure it worked. The cashier was telling her It wasnât working and she ignored him. I had to scream to get her head out of the cloud to come back to fix it again and wait to make sure it worked. And donât even bother with self checkouts it locks you out and you have to wait and it does it several times a session so why not just wait in line for a live person. Each and every single employee on the PM shift for 6/18/20 was BEYOND AMAZING and displayed the highest level of customer service anyone could ask for !!!    Read moreThe absolute worst customer service from a young man in a winter beanie working the deli department. My first time ever ordering chicken there. I had no idea I had to be right on time, that life doesn't happen, I could not be late picking up my chicken. Then when I asked at counter, they told me I was at the wrong store. So I called the number in my call history. I was at the right store. Then I was TOLD with complete sarcasm, that when u schedule a time you should be there. They sold my chicken without even a courtesy call me, asking if I was still coming. I snapped! I told him I do not appreciate his tone of voice and his sarcasm towards me. I am a 22yr veteran that served for people like you and more. I went to manager to make a formal complaint. He wouldn't let me write my statement as he sipped on his loud annoying cup while I was talking about what happen and how I felt. He didn't even tell me to have a nice day or anything. All he said was he would address it. So here I am, let it be addressed for sure that only way I have left for righteous outcome. No one had any manners and just lied in my face...
