I followed this store on Instagram for several weeks, and the posts of their Funko Pops stock and sale prices impressed me. Prior to making a trip, I thought I’d call first and inquire about a specific Funko Pop I’ve been looking for (a chase variant). When the associate answered, I began asking if they had it. Before I could even finish the description, the associate interrupted me and said “Dude. Dude, we got like 3000 Pops here,” and went on to essentially say they didn’t know what all they had. There were a lot of good, polite, encouraging ways to communicate that, that would have left me wanting to visit the store. That response wasn’t the correct approach - it left me discouraged, disappointed and almost insulted. Regardless of what type of shop you have, professionalism and courtesy should be standard operating procedure. First impressions are critical. I will not be visiting...

I REALLY WISH THAT THERE WAS A WAY TO FLAG FALSE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BUT SINCE THERE ISN’T I’LL JUST LEAVE MY “REAL” REVIEW FROM A “REAL” CUSTOMER. I’ve been going to this place for many years on the regular now and the place never disappoints. The place stays stocked full of whatever toy/comic enthusiast could ask for and even more! Atmosphere is always welcoming no matter what age or ethnicity you are you’ll feel like you’re at home. As far as the owner goes he goes out of his way to make EVERYBODY that comes through those doors HAPPY and if he doesn’t have something he’s more than happy to point you in the right direction. Not many shop owners are known for doing that nowadays. Bottom line come for the prices and stay for the experience because in all honesty you’d wonder why you haven’t visited this...

After finding out I could pick up my eBay order in store, I called the day before and Walt told me he'd hold my package for me so the next day I ended up taking a 90 ride, and boy, was I glad I did! I got there once they opened, and Walt was extremely helpful. The store was jammed packed with damn near anything I could think of , new and old. The prices were fair, and he even took 10$ off on my order since I bought a few things, which was much appreciated. I was a little concerned about the negative reviews before I took the ride, but my experience was great! I'd definitely take the ride again without hesitation and most likely will soon once he stocks back up with more motu figures that I can't find anywhere else. I'd give him more stars if I could.
