The last time I was here, I left furious. I wanted to purchase a few items, and at the counter decided I was not going to be taking one of the items. I was very clear about this and my boyfriend standing next to me was my witness. So as I walked out the door I looked at my receipt and noticed I was rung up for the item and went back in to point out the mistake. Well in so many words they told me I was screwed and that I couldn't return the item I asked to be taken off in the first place!!! Yep, they said it was my fault for not catching it and I was out my $40 and stuck with a product I couldn't use. I wasn't even outside the store 15 seconds before returning. Yes, I get that's policy but come on. Talk about being a goal obsessed store who doesn't give a crap about the customers. I will just order my goodies from an online store...

The Lady working their named Kim was amazing. Not only is she knowledgeablele on the vast majority of the products, she doesn't mind helping guest when it comes to finding an trying on those corsets. Me an my husband always struggle to find proper sizes because I am a heavier person but she help me try on a variety of items an find the proper size. She was super friendly, fun, an engaged us in some knowledge on the products we were looking for as well as brought a lot of things to us that we didn't know or understand the proper use for. Having been to this location several times in the past I have never had such a tremendous an exciting visit as I did working with Kim. We will be returning soon to finish up...

so I went in to lovers lane a few days ago and I had a fantastic experience. I've gone into this location before but only for costumes and little things as gag gifts, etc. Well this time I wanted to check out a few other items and Ani, Rae and Faith made it so easy and made the situation so chill it took away any awkward vibes I might've otherwise felt. It's always a great thing when you go in and the employees talk to you like you are a human instead of an inconvenience. These ladies made me laugh, gave me tips and instead of focusing on "making the sale" they made sure I left happy and satisfied. & trust me... they know what they're talking about!! ;) Highly recommend this...
