This store is a nice store, usually can find an employee to help and actually enjoying helping vs treating you as a bother. The store usually has to many aisle displays making it appear messy. I did go into store to place an order of lumber for pickup I did call the store the day before, the order was not picked, Called the day of order, still not picked! Thankfully I called the store or my contractor would be getting paid to stand at home depot, I did call that night still not picked but luckily my contractor decided to pick it on the day of the job the next day. I've been comming here for 25 years. I always used to bring my daughters here and some of the cashier's have been there since my girls were babys. they always ask about them, it's always so nice to go there, where they actually treat me like family. One of my daughters is now 23 and works at DePaul and the other is in the army. Its so cool that some of those cashier's have seen my daughters grow up. All the way from me pushing them around on your flat carts when they were kids and building birdhouses at your works shops to them now pushing the cart for me as I fill it with a bunch of tools and impulse buys. All employees are super helpful. I actually got a pro in the isle I was in, and they told me where to go to find what I needed. The only big problem is that there are only certain items that I can get my Veteran's discount! Last O checked, I am 100% a veteran, not part-time, so We all deserve 100% of the items 10% discount without an arbitrarily selection of items that I can't get earned benefits!
