Shout out to Frank and Angie. I brought in my road bike that hasn't been used in a couple of years. While doing the pre-inspection for my tune up, I was told that one of my shifters was no good. While I waited, he tried and tried, but no success. He let me know that he would adjust the derailleurs, so that at least gear ratio wouldn't be too tough. He also told me that it would be a couple of hours before I got it back.
