This place is amazing. I had my first experience almost 2 months ago to go in for a facial, unlike many of the other places I had previously been to, MB was much more professional and the results really do show. I went from being insecure and having a face full of acne to having almost perfectly clear baby skin in less than 2 months. The lady that gave me the facial, Minan, was very kind and always kept me entertained with music and conversation. She would describe every product and its function before applying it so I wouldn't worry about anything she was putting on me. She did an extraction which can be very painful at times and she would always check on me and ask me if I needed a break or wanted to stop. You can also buy products from her and I personally bought some and I can say they really do work. I purchased a service in this place, I tried to make an appointment twice, when you open the website it shows you multiple times from 10am to 4pm. I took an appointment at 4pm one day, she texted me that she couldn’t take EVEN WHEN IT SAYS AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE, she tried to move me to 2 or 3, we ended up making the appointment to the earliest time i could get there. 3 days later i moved the appointment to another day at 10am, guess what? she couldn’t make it that time either, she said she had her hours from 1pm-5pm everyday because she has another job which i totally understand. I had the absolute best experience here! She did my eyebrows and wax, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She is not only incredibly skilled, but also so kind, welcoming, and professional. She made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish, and her attention to detail is amazing. My eyebrows have never looked better, perfectly shaped and so natural!
