We went in tonight after dinner for my daughter's birthday. the 4 of us walked in and were not greeted by the 3 teenagers sitting behind the counter. We asked what was in the case by the door and no one responded. I asked again and the 3 of them just looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders. It was laughable. We stepped up to the counter and they stood up, but none of the could manage to utter a word. Not even hello. We are Italian so we picked our flavors in their silence. It was really a put off. Most of the flavors looked old and several of the the containers were empty. Not appealing at all. So my husband ordered and again they all stood there and looked at each other. The older girl moved and asked him again what he wanted....yes words!! She slapped the gelato in the cup with chunks dropping off mixing in the other flavors, on his hand and the floor. There were no napkins in the dispensers. The other 2 still just standing and staring at us didn't speak or move. The young blonde just stood at the register staring at us like a zombie. My son addressed the male teen working and gave his order and he just stood there and pointed to the girl that just did my husbands order, my son asked him if he should ask her and the teen just shrugged. Forever and a day later this one girl scooped 2 orders and the guy did 1. Still no words. My son asked if I ordered, since my husband was now done eating his, and the girl with long blonde hair still stood at the register staring at us. None of the asked if there was anything else. I asked if I could order and again, they just stood there staring. The same girl said sure. I gave her my order, she scooped it handed it to me and all 3 simultaneously sat down. I asked if we could pay and again they all looked at each other to see who would move. It was literally the worst customer service ever. Terrible management! The gelato was MEH. One was tased freezer burned, one had sandy ice crystals in it, another was slimy with a gummy coating on top. The other cup had a variety of different gelati that slopped out of all the other orders previously that you could tell what flavor it really was. It was not good gelato or a good experience. Bar Taco has better gelato! We won't be back. My teenage kids said it was like meeting our clone is the movie US. They just stood there and couldn't speak!...

My friend introduced me to this brand new place because he knew my love for gelato. I haven't had a true Italian gelato since my time in Italy. This place is very well known in Florence Italy, it raised my expectations up before arriving to the store. This place has met surpass my expectations and more! And that is rare!

Food: 5/5 the consistency and creamyness is the same gelato I had in Italy. I love the balance of the sugar level. This is a perfect treat for a hot summer day with a nice cup of coffee. It is not very sweet but yet savory enough that makes you want to go back for more. And I did! My first round was wild berries and pistachio. Best pistachio flavor ever. I liked it enough to get a second round with pistachio and hazelnut. Those two combos flavors are deadly additive.

Service: 5/5 David was amazing. He knew his gelatos. He let samples his best popular flavors and recommended what blends well together. He made sure your scoop of gelato was a decent size scoop. He makes sure the customer leaves with a smile.

Atmosphere: 4/5 This place is brand new less than 2 months old. I will cut some slack about the atmosphere. The location is very nice and plenty of parking! Love the well lighted place too. It could use some high tops and direction signs to guide the people when they start forming a line. Other than that, it has an amazing display showing all the flavors. I hope they will put some LCD screen or tvs to showcase their flavors or show case some species and the flavor of the month!

Definitely coming back here, they change flavors all the time. I can't wait to try out the rest ! Thank you for coming to Orlando all the way...

Idk how this place has 4.6 stars. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DON’T recommend it. The cappuccino was good but the service was awful. I walked in for a second time after I got my cappuccino and the lady just walked out the store. 5 minutes after I was waiting, she showed up wondering what I want. I asked for an affogato and i realized they don’t have a big selection on flavors also they do not have the tradicional flavors such as vanilla or cookies and cream or stracciatella or any flavor that I normally could combine with coffee. But beyond that, she was extremely rude with her attitude. I asked for a crepe and she asked which one I just told her the Nutella but she wants me to read it from the 3 choices of the menu. So I need to say original Nutella and powder for her to finally give me the crepe. The worst was that I ordered a second cappuccino & she didn’t even give me a protective cover for the cup so I burned my hands carrying the coffee to my car and i couldn’t have a change to ask for one cause as soon I payed...
