I don’t write bad reviews but it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still upset. I got a dip manicure and pedicure and I’m so disappointed with both- I could have done a better job at home to be honest. Starting off with the pedicure, my cuticles weren’t really given much attention and the skin on the sides of the nail are soooo hard now for some reason? I also feel like she agitated an ingrown nail because my big toe has been hurting since I got the pedi. My manicure was the worst though. I have really thin nails so I’ve been so proud I’ve been able to grow them longish. I tried explaining to the nail tech that my nails break easy and to make sure to be gentle while she filed. I think there was a language barrier because she nodded and filed my nails so hard they were bending like crazy and she broke the edge of one. The thing that made me the most upset is that she filed them at an angle. I didn’t say anything because the only way to fix it was to file it down more and as I said before, I was so proud of how long my nails were and they were already taken down because she shaped them harshly. The dip application was ok. For the most part it was fine other than some lumps on the edges. Again, I hate writing bad reviews but I love my nails and after going to this salon I get upset every time I see my weird angled nails. I’ve attached pictures but it looks way...

Went this morning for a fill, I picked a sparkling purple blue pink colour. When applied it looks uneven, I asked her to get the sides of the nail as there was no polish at all. She dipped the brush once and quickly went over it saying the brush was too big. I ignored it. Close to being done about 6 people walked in, she walked away with my hands on the fan and didn’t say anything I sat for about 30 mins thinking she’d come back to turn around and realize she was doing someone else’s pedicure. When I looked at her she pointed to check out where I did . Price was really good $31 for a fill (with birthday discount) when I got to my car feeling really unhappy but everyone was now busy doing pedicures I didn’t say any but when I go to my car my thumbs were biting and I realized she cue me on both my thumbs, my left ring finger and my right pointer. Rude!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!made an appointment for a pedicure with Kathy , a guys took my appointment on the phone also took my name and number. I showed up to my appointment I said the Kathy I have an appointment with you she rudely responded NO I am fully booked and walked away and left me standing there while the rest of tge staff stared at me. I said to her excuse me the guy took my appointment over the phone, she asked me who I made the appointment for I said Kathy she then said she is not Kathy, she Kathleen that the other lady is Kathy meanwhile the last time I went to her for a pedi she told.me her name is Kathy,so I then asked well is Kathy available for my appointment she proceeded to ask Kathy in their language and then says she don't do pedicure and walked away, this nail acts like they are doing you a favor if they take you as a customer.
