If I can rate make over with a negative 0 I will, I am not someone to write a review, but after my experience with make over I feel like the truth should be told ! This business is a SCAM ! I did my consultation with Valerie she is the office manager and she did so well in the consultation, where I felt like I trusted her ! She told me this treatment will works, some people have seen results the first treatment, every treatment was going to be between 30-60 mins and most importantly it was going to be painless ! In the consent form I didn’t read carefully, again because she made me feel like this will work ! Treatments are to be paid up front for every session in full ! Several red flags I’m going to bring to your attention, 1. paying up front for 12 session, and If you decided to cancel your treatment you will only receive 10% back from what you originally paid for, so I paid $2000 for 12 sessions, they only wanted to give me $200 back and keep $1800. 2 . After the first two session, my legs looked worse, not only did it look worse my appointment were less than 20mins, it was painful, and the fat burner liquid & gas “ carboxy “ they recommended to inject in my legs made my legs look worse . So I decided to cancel treatment and no longer move forward, after the second session, Valerie only wanted to refund me $10% back, so then i made the decision to continue treatment but nothing that has to do with needles and liquid “ fat burner, or gas “ Valerie recommended radio frequency treatment . After the 12 session my legs looked worse and no result . On my last day, I asked one of the front staff to give me jo Alex email, Jo Alex is another manager in the office, I went ahead and email her, express my concerns, I never heard from her ! I will go ahead attach before and after pictures . Just know don’t let any liquid or gas to be injected to your body not knowing what it really is, a lot of these...

I am super excited and happy with my virtual lipo treatment. After reading several reviews I decided to give this place a try, I went in for a consultation for Kybella theh were super nice I paid them for the service I received one of the 4 treatments back in January it was supposed to be followed by a radio frecuency treatment that I never received because they kept canceling my appointments last minute,

Back in February I was informed by my job I have to move to another country, I reached out to them to see if they could refund my money minus the one injection I received, the answer was no, I tried to schedule an appointment for that month they did not have anything available for March so here we are in April received one service un January for something was suppose to be every 4 weeks.

If you have a flexible agenda and can deal with last minutes cancelations then go here, otherwise stay away because they also specialize in canceling your appointments last minute.
